    situated on the Bristol Channel and has an active sailing club. It is situated on the M5 (J20) and is approximately 13 miles commutable

    distance west of the University City of Bristol and approximately 9 miles NW of Bristol International Airport. Nailsea and Backwell Station

    is approximately 6 miles away with high speed trains to London (Paddington) and Yatton Rail Station 5 miles away with high speed trains

    to Taunton and Exeter. Clevedon is a mature established town with excellent shopping facilities including the fashionable tourist area of

    Hill Road with its Regency style houses, boutiques and restaurants being a short walk from the cottage as are the heritage sites of the

    Edwardian band stand and the Victorian Pier.

    DIRECTIONS – Whilst there is parking at the property, on

    a first visit it would be best to park in one of the Town

    Centre car parks and walk to the cottage. Lime Kiln Lane

    is a small turning off of Old Street (B3130) on the same

    side and just past the rank of shops with the Co-op

    convenience store.
