ó หนังสือในหองสมุด มีเพียงแค 20% เทาน้ันท่ีถูกยืมออกหรือหยิบใช และมีอีก 80% ท่ียังคงตองใชพื้นท่ีในการจัดเก็บแตมีผูใชนอย เปน Library Long Tail ó หองสมุดเปน content renter แตสํานักพิมพหรือ Database Provider เปน content owner
