This guide describes the applications that have been developed for Lexmark solutions-enabled single-function and multifunction printers. These devices feature the Lexmark Embedded Solution Framework, a platform that allows applications to run directly on the device, eliminating the challenges of managing server-based applications.

The applications are available to download from the Virtual Solution Center and can be easily installed and configured. Lexmark Partners can then sell the applications to their customers, creating an ideal opportunity to offer value added services to help win contracts.

The application installs easily on the MFP so you can use it within other Lexmark applications like Scan to Email, Scan to Network and Scan to Network Premium. Your OCR documents can also be integrated into more complex routing scenarios when combined with Lexmark Solution Composer.

Email Size LimiterSend scanned documents by e-mail faster and with fewer errors

Limit maximum e-mail attachment size per destination, define up to ten destinations, capture an image of a hard copy document, break the document into single pages, attach all pages to a single e-mail or attach one page per e-mail.

Email to SelfProtect restricted information.
