• Montgomery Regional is an excellent leadership example because the team represents a diverse cross section of the community in order to satisfy the complex dynamic of a small town/rural area that is home to a major university and it’s subsequent infrastructure and population

• Lewis Gale is a comprehensive regional health system that is managed by a national company, but seems to do a good job addressing local needs and utilizing/embracing local leadership.
