AIMS: - to be capable to identify a Passive Voice form
- to be capable to put verbs into the Passive Voice
- to be able to transform sentences from the Active Voice into the Passive Voice
- to be capable to notice the changes that occur during the transformation from the Passive Voice into the Active
Voice for the Present Tense Simple and Past Tense Simple.

After that the T. tells the pupils toobserve the verbs and to underline them.
Then he explains them that the respectiveverbs are in the Passive Voice.
T. begins to tell the Ss the changes thatoccur:
- the Subject becomes the person whodoes the action , but it doesnt suffer it
(receives the prep. by )
- the Direct Object becomes the Subject.- the verb from the Active Voice is
written in the Past Participle or gets theED ending.
- the auxiliary TO BE receives the time
and the aspect of the verb from theActive Voice.T. gives the pupils an example for the
Past and Present:
After that the T. explains to the pupilsthat there are verbs which can have two
Direct Objects, so we can make twosentences in the Passive Voice.
Then, the T. shows the pupils that the
pronoun I becomes by me, you- by you,
he- by him, she-by her, we- by us, you-
underline the verbs that arein the Passive Voice .
Ss pay attention to the T. and
take notes.
