On a daily basis I was dealing with additional requirements which spanned anything from special assistance, (wheelchair assistance, child and family care and general enquiries) to emergency assistance (security breaches, health issues or other kinds of hazards). I have also been trained in manual handling, fire and evacuation procedures, as well as numerous contingency plans regarding airport safety procedures.

I worked for 5 years for one of the biggest company in London in the field of magazine

and newspaper import/export and distribution.

I am skilled in all aspects of warehouse work, including goods receipt, picking and

packing and goods dispatch. I am also trained to use a fork-lift truck for use of loading

and unloading vehicles. My duties involved storing and re-locating and cataloguing

the stock, truck arrival and departures coordination in company premises.

Working for such a big company, it was important to be adaptable, hardworking and

have good organizational skills with a problem solving attitude.

(I had previously worked for this company from 1989 to 1992 so I have 8 years’

experience in total within the warehouse and logistic field).

Activities and Societies: I was a decorated athlete in football, cricket, track and field

and basketball. Sports is still my biggest passion which has lead me to coach of a

2011– Present

I am a former American Football player and Soccer player. Respectively, I played

wide-receiver and centre-forward. I now coach for a youth American football team in

London, called The London Warriors. This involves teaching the techniques which are

relevant to all the different positions in American football. Also strength and

conditioning as well as player safety, well-being and risk assessment.

I have as well 30 years’ experience of playing and teaching soccer in London and

reaching the level of semiprofessional with Woodford Town FC.
