Expanded the unit from 7 locations in 3 states to 26 in 12 states. Within 5 years, grew revenues by 163% ($43M to $115M), achieved 20.3% CAGR, and improved GM by 21%.

Operational improvements under watch included development of an innovative risk management program utilizing real-time data, reduced workers’ comp costs and acquisition and implementation of new operating technologies.

Secured funding and deftly led the acquisition of 4 companies that broadened market reach, established the Belcan brand in 5 additional strategic markets, provided a springboard for future revenue growth and validated Succeed With A Team (SWAT) implementation and mentoring strategy.
