Changes to the Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital site

If you ever find that you need emergency care then you should attend our Emergency Department.

If you are unsure if you need emergency care, please call NHS 111 who will give you advice.

All patients needing to enter wards and clinics in the Balmoral Building should do so via the Windsor Building marked on the map overleaf.

There will be signage around the site to guide you and our staff and volunteers will be happy to redirect you should you get lost.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

You will be able to access our ADULT Emergency Department and Eye Casualty from Aylestone Road.

To access the CHILDREN’S Emergency Department enter the site from Infirmary Close.

The departments have separate entrances.
