    I felt shame and embarrassment from myself becauseI forget to record and the S/N did what supposed I

    have to do . I felt comfortable because the my teacher was their

    and explain that I have to record and that very

    important to do . I start to blame myself that how I could make a suchmistake.

    In general I felt that I'm not professional enough inthat work , but I believe that any small errors will bethe door to large errors .

    I learn a lot from my mistakes. I accept comments from people. I love to work, and I am very helpful.

    The teacher told me that I have to be with full awarenesswhile doing all the step of procedure and not to forgot

    practice recording after each procedure. She told me that to

    not forget as much I can because documentation is veryimportant and it's the method of communication betweennurses.

    I wish to finish all the clinical area and memorize every procedure that I did it because this will give me much awareness tonot forgot any steps and try to do as much I can to provide all the care . thank you very much my teacher and I hope to

    become like you and better than you if it is possible and I wish that we attends at the morning shift to get more chance towork with the staff and learn from them.
