Professional Coach Advocate Training Designed for clinicians or those working with wellness programs. It teaches coachability and is a great starting point for incorporating coaching tools within a wellness program. This is the next step in helping individuals set goals and considering the goals within their environment. This train-the-trainer class will be offered live at a conference during the grant period, and would benefit a hospital’s nurse educator, clinic manager, care coordinator, or a wellness committee member.Consumer Wellness Advocate (CWA) Training The CWA training is “CPR for wellness,” and designed to help caregivers focus on their own needs. Covering the 10 dimensions of health and wellness, this Train-the-Trainer content is a great segway into helping and teaching individuals in the community about taking care of themselves. Live training will be offered for those interested in wellness or taking programs out to the community. Participants will receive live training and materials during a live conference throughout the grant year.
