Part Ⅰ



Open the box, Unplug the board fixed on the botto base ,then

!eo"e the co"er # $ou can see our achine#%here&re two

boxes on the botto base#

Part Ⅱ

'hen (ou first open the wooden box,(ou can see a fan in it#

)ull out the fan , insert the tubes to the fan no**le,+the two

blue tubes are in the plastic box# -asten the etal ring#%hen

arrange the suction outlet to the botto of our achine#





Part Ⅲ

Second,open the white box,(ou can see a black water

pup#find the ./pin screw, 'rapped it with the white tape in

the box and fix it to the top of the water pup#0lso, fit 1 sall

tube to it#$ou ust be sure the screw and the sall tube are

sealed#%hen put one side of the tube to the outlet,then fix the

other tube to the inlet #234OU% side ust be correct#



'hen such things were done,fill the water tank +the white

box with the water#-inall(,fix the plugs of the fan and water

pup to the socket on the left side of the achine#%he

installation process is finished#

%hen it coes to debugging,open the o"er cap of the

achine,cut the package o"er the laser head,then turn on the

power#)ress the 5on6 button,the button is on the right side#$ou

can push the 5reset6 button on the control panel,see whether

the laser head can go to the left side#



Software setting

Part Ⅰ

7efore install the plung in our C8#7e sure (ou had Corel8raw

software installed#%hen find the 5LaserCorel 9#:#.6 file and

open it#Click the 5Corel9#:#.6 icon,choose 5install6,choose a

language,click 6anual install6 button to finish install#Open

Corel8raw,click 6%ools/Options/;70/8ela( Load ;706,cancel

the hook#



Part Ⅱ

Now,open the CorelDraw .Draw a picture,click the

“LaserCarve”utton.Doule click the la!er.Like the following

pictures.Choose a "odel,there#re $ "odels %

&utline'Carve.&utline is for cutting "aterials，set the "in

power ,"a( power and speed.Different "aterials have different

speed and power,when !ou have done this, click

“&)”.Second,click “Save” and e(port the file to the *S+ device.



f co"puter is connectting with the "achine,it "a! need a driver

which is in our CD.Connect the co"puter and the "achine,put the

CD to the CD-&/.t will find the driver and install it auto"aticall!.

n this "ode,!ou should first press 012uip"ent/anage3

utton,then set the port.4ou can set it as 0C&/53，click 0read3 to

send the signal to the "achine,if the singal can e transported to

the "achine,click 0write3 ,otherwise,!ou should reset the

port,"a!e C&/$ or C&/6 or etc.7hen,click

“LaserCarve”utton,click0output3,when !ou see this following

window please choose the port,if !ou have 8ust chosen

“C&/5”,choose “5” in the drop-down "enu,then press “&utput” to

send the file to our "achine directl!.

Part Ⅲ

Put *S+ to our "achine --- click direction ke! to set the laser

head . 9ind a suitale place and click “&rigin” .Click :/1N*:----find



the file in !our *S+ device---click “1nter”---click the "iddle of the

direction ke!---choose ”No”,this is to test the laser head.----

&),now click the “Start;Pause” utton.7he "achine egin to

cut;Carve.
