To address a number of issues on this 18 acre site we conducted a site analysis and then proposed design interventions and other solutions to reduce stormwater runoff, improve site circulation, enhance aesthetics and reduce maintenance costs.

The site plan included detail planting plans, site recommendations and-design of a simple, low volume irriga-tion system to improve the durability of plantings located in shallow soils.
