We keep returning to Lancaster Conferences Green Lane simply because the whole booking process is managed methodically and seamlessly, providing a worry-free experience for the customer.
The events team are without doubt the best I have encountered. Their timing is impeccable, moving in and out of the suites without notice. All requests are accepted and handled with a smile.
The facilities are super with the suites having breakout rooms adjacent to each other. The catering is spot on, whether it be a coffee break, breakfast or dinner and the bedrooms are of a high standard.
All in all, having our events with Lancaster Conferences is a great experience all round, run by an accomplished team who have high professional standards.
