LAN Systems Sponsors SPSU Etiquette Dinner

LAN Systems was a proud platinum sponsor of the Southern Polytechnic State University�s (SPSU) Annual Business Etiquette Dinner held on the SPSU campus in Marietta, Georgia.

Berkeley Lake, GA (USA), May 26, 2014 -- LAN Systems, a leading Atlanta Managed Service ( http://www.lansystems.com ) firm, was a proud platinum sponsor of the Southern Polytechnic State University�s (SPSU) Annual Business Etiquette Dinner held on the SPSU campus in Marietta, Georgia.

"This is a fantastic and fun event for all," said CEO Mary Hester. "The etiquette dinner is one of my favorite events. I always learn something new."

The etiquette dinner is hosted each year by the SPSU Career and Counseling Center, and local businesses contribute to make this event possible for the students. Each sponsor sends one representative to have dinner with the students and talk to them about their goals and career interests. The Career and Counseling Center holds various events throughout the year, to help support the SPSU student�s transition into the workplace.

Over 80 students attended this year�s Business Etiquette Dinner, and were eager to learn etiquette tips for interviews and business dinners. The evening included a �Mix and Mingle� session, where students were able to practice �networking� with fellow students, as well as the sponsors. Jackie G. Isaacson instructed the students and sponsors on proper dining etiquette. Dinner was provided and served by the SPSU�s Food Service Staff. During dinner, the students had a chance to ask questions and practice what they learned with the sponsors and Career and Counseling Center Staff.
