Este economic si usor de instalat.

O mare durata de viata, suprafetelevopsite nu sufera deteriorari din cauzaumezelii sau a murdariei.Un design variat, gama foarte mare deforme, dimensiuni si sisteme de mon-taj ofera plafonului metalic lamelarprodus de PROMETAL® oportunitateade a putea fi utilizate intr-o mare gamade zone ambientale cum ar fi: spitale,birouri, magazine, expozitii, aeroportu-ri,etc..Plafoanele suspendate ascund insta-latiile electrice, instalatiile de ventilatiesau orice traseu tehnic ce se aflasuspendat deasupra plafonului si permit accesul in orice punct.

IZOLARE ACUSTICA(FONICA)

Pentru a asigura o buna izolare acusticatrebuie sa se opteze pentru panouriperforate (vezi tabelul de perforari)care sunt captusite pe interior cu unfiltru negru lipit la cald.

IZOLARE TERMICA

Izolarea termica se realizeaza cu ajutorul unei saltele din vata mineralade sticla, sau a altui material cu conductivitate termica similara, ase-zata deasupra plafonului casetat.

SERVICII INTEGRATE

Flexibilitatea sistemului permite montareafoarte usoara a urmatoarelor accesorii:

Corpuri de iluminat printre care se potenumera canale luminoase, plafoniere,spoturi incastrate, etc;

POSTVOPSIT Garantarea unui foarte bun rezultatestetic al tuturor produselor se datoreaza faptului ca fabrica dispunede un sistem modern de vopsire pebaza de pulberi in camp electrostatic,.Gama foarte mare de culori utilizatagaranteaza satisfacerea cerintelorclientului.Produsele vopsite au fost testate sipot sa reziste mai mult de 1200 de orein ceata salina.

SISTEMUL DE MONTAJ

Plafonul metalic lamelar PROME-TAL® se monteaza pe diverse struc-turi portante in functie de exigente.In general exista doua tipuri destructura portanta:

PRIN CLIPSARE PE UN PROFILPORTANT

Aceasta tipologie prevede montarealamelelor pe profile portante.Traversele de sustinere trebuie sa fiemontate la o distanta de 1270mm unafata de cealalta si la o distanta maximade 300mm fata de profilul perimetral.Sistemul de suspendare al tavanuluieste format din tiranti rigizi din otel zin-cati si o lamela elastica, care asiguraun reglaj milimetric, ceea ce permiteobtinerea unei planeitati perfecte atavanului casetat.

PRIN SPRIJINIRE PE PROFILE LAVEDERE

In acest caz plafonul metalic auto-portant este sprijinit pe profileleperimetrale (pentru suprafete culatimea mai mica de 2500mm).

POST-PAINTEDWe have a modern painting plant thatuses liquid and polyester coating(thickness of 60 micron), which guarantees an excellent aestheticresult for all products.The wide range of colours allows us tomeet any possible requirements.Maximum lenght for painting is 4000mmThe painted products are tested to aresistance of 1200 hours of salt spray.

ASSEMBLY

PROMETAL® strips can be installedon different suspension sustemsaccording to design:

CLASPED ONTO MAIN CARRIER

The carrier (orthogonal to the strips)must be positioned with a centre dis-tance of about 1270 mm and at a max300 mm from the wall.

Supporting system consists of rigidrod hangers with adjusting spring anda cross for a fast connection to thecarrier so as to obtain a perfectly flatand horizontal position of the false ceiling.

LAID ON EXPOSED SUPPORTIN PROFILES

Sel f support ing str ips with maximum span of 2500 mm aresimply laid on edge profiles.

MANIPULARE SI DEPOZITARE

Lamelele se depoziteaza in spatiiuscate si acoperite.

Lamelele se pastreaza in ambala-jul propriu pana in momentulinstalarii lor.

Cutiile trebuiesc asezate si pozi-tionate conform indicatiilor exi-stente pe ele.

Pentru a evita deteriorarea produse-lor este necesara atentie la manipu-lare si la desfacerea ambalajelor.

INSTRUCTIUNI DE INTRETINERE

Pentru o intretinere corecta trebuiescrespectate urmatoarele instructiuni:

Lamelele pot fi sterse de praf cu ocarpa moale si curata.

Eventualele pete de grasime vor ficuratate cu ajutorului unui detergentfin, special pentru acest tip de produs.

A nu se folosi detergenti duri sau carpedintr-un material abraziv, Curatirea seface prin simpla stergere si in nici uncaz prin frecare.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Ceil ing components must be stored in a dry interior location.

They must remain in original packing until installation.

Car tons must be s tored and oriented as per instructions.

Special care must be used duringhandling and opening of boxes toavoid damages.

CLEANING

For a correct cleaning:

Dust should be removed from thesurface by wiping with a clean softcloth;

Grease and fingerprints should beremoved with a mild householdcleaner suitable for this use;

Don’t use abrasive cleaners orscrub the surface
