1.- LOCATION:

The natural philosophy of our

company and our products,

makes our choice of location of

our production centre (Biofactory)

in the municipality of Pradoluengo

(Burgos) the right one, in natural

surroundings in the Sierra de la

Demanda, the largest green

space in Europe, part of the

Network of Natural Spaces of

Castilla y León.

This area is currently undergoing the application process for inclusion as a UNESCO GEOPARK as a result of a report prepared up by

the Geo-scientific Association of Burgos and presented by the Regional Government. There are currently only 42 UNESCO Geoparks in

Europe and 88 around the world distributed amongst 27 countries. In Spain, there are 7 UNESCO Geoparks named.

Our technical and scientific team is made up of chemists, engineers, mycologists and biologists, working alongside well-known

researchers from various universities and research centres.

3.- BIOFACTORY:

NATURAE is the first and only BIOFACTORY in Europe, specialising in the extraction of active ingredients from fungi. Our high

technology extraction processes, installed at our production centres, have been tailor made and are all patented, this guaranteeing

1.- PRODUCT:

*L-NATURAE Food

1.1 DESCRIPTION:

L-NATURAE is a 100% NATURAL ingredient that provides High added value, exclusivity differentiation and patented technology

for the Food Industry. It is obtained from a unique strain of the fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which has been specially developed

and selected for its high concentration and high molecular weight of Beta-D Glucans 1-3, 1-6.

1.2 EXTRACTION:

The extraction process for our ingredient is totally unique and completely natural (e.g. sulphuric acid is not used).

1.3 CHARACTERISTICS:

A)High purity: >90%

B)High solubility: Means greater efficacy during incorporation into the bloodstream.

2.- SERVICES:

As part of our efforts to go beyond what is offered in the international market and to eliminate all barriers in the incorporation process of

the ingredient to food products, we offer our clients two basic services, which fill the gaps caused by short cycles for product

development and the lack of resources for R+D+I that are endemic in the food industry.

Service for incorporation studies of L-NATURAE food to production processes of food products. The adequate

doses and the manufacturing process phase where the ingredient should be incorporated are studied, along with

physico-chemical analyses of the finished product (PRODUCT + INGREDIENT), expiry date and final tasting test, etc.

Application service to al R+D+I processes required to create and develop new products suggested

by the industry itself and for which NATURAE puts all its innovative and research skills at the

disposal of its clients for benchmark projects to obtain active ingredients from fungi.

1. HEALTH BENEFITS

Our products are based on bioactive molecules taken from fungi that possess beneficial effects. These molecules are polysaccharides

made up of Beta-D Glucans connected by 1-3, 1-6 glycosidic bonds obtained from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

1.1 Beta-D Glucans 1-3, 1-6 : This is a polysaccharide that possesses health-giving effects of many kinds, all of which have been scientifically proven. Incorporating it

into foods does not affect taste and has no toxic effects.

NOTE: In a food supplement, Beta-D Glucan should be presented in its purified form to be effective. Otherwise, product contaminants

(proteins, fats, mannans ...) covering Beta-D-glucans and do not adhere well to the receptors of macrophages. Thus, the effect

decreases significantly.

* The surface of macrophage presents a specific receptor to β-glucans. ** β-glucans reaches the surface of macrophage and, hence, causes a

chain reaction
