o Does someone else perform the ‘true’ Key Actor role in this area? Who?
About the innovation process:
o What does s/he feel are the stages of bringing in the/ an innovation?
o What knowledge creation, transformation and transfer activities are performed within the project and who has a role in this?
o What new knowledge is required at particular stages and who is it needed by?
o How does Knowledge Transfer take place within the project and who has a role in this?

o How does the interviewee interact with the other Key Contributors and at what stage/s of the innovation process?
o Are there specific processes governing transfer of knowledge between himself & the other Key Contributors or are these relationships on an ad hoc basis?
