2. As a principal rule, all transfers must be made in the student’s name.

※In extenuating or unavoidable circumstances, the above-mentioned deposit amount can be made instead for an equivalent of USD.

In the case of withdrawal, students may obtain a refund based on the following regulations:- A full refund will be granted if requested before the program starts. - A 50% refund will be granted if requested during the first week of the program. - No refund is allowed after the first week of the program. - A written withdrawal request must be submitted in order to receive a refund.
