KATA PENGANTAR

Buku Kecamatan Konawe Dalam Angka 2011 adalah publikasi yangdisusun oleh Koordinator Statistik Kecamatan. Buku ini dimaksudkan untukmemberi gambaran tentang keadaan geografis, iklim, ciri-ciri dan keadaan sosialekonomi penduduk serta keadaan sosial dan perekonomian di wilayahKecamatan Konawe secara menyeluruh.

Dalam publikasi tahun 2011 ini memuat beberapa perubahan dan perbaikanberupa penambahan dan penyederhanaan tabel-tabel.

Terwujudnya publikasi ini adalah berkat kerja sama dan bantuan dari

Subdistrict Konawe in Figures 2011 is a publication compiled by StatisticsSubdistrict Coordinator. This book is intended to give an overview of the geography,climate, characteristics and socio-economic situation of population and social andeconomic situation in the overall Subdistrict Konawe.

In the publication of 2011 contains several changes and improvements inthe form of additions and simplification of the tables.

Realization of this publication is cooperation and assistance from various

parties, Head of Konawe Subdistrict, Department / Bureau, the village chief / urbanvillage chief and all parties who have assisted in efforts to publishing thispublication we thank you.

1. GEOGRAFIS1.1 LETAK DAN BATAS WILAYAH

Kecamatan Konawe adalah

pemekaran dari kecamatan Wawotobi.

Kecamatan Konawe memiliki batas-batas

wilayah sebagai berikut :

- Sebelah Utara berbatasan denganKecamatan Unaaha dan Wawotobi

- Sebelah Selatan berbatasan denganKecamatan Lambuya

- Sebelah Timur berbatasan denganKecamatan Wonggeduku

- Sebelah Barat berbatasan denganKecamatan Uepai

1.2 TopografiKecamatan Konawe merupakan

wilayah daratan. Sebagian besar kondisi

wilayahnya datar. Daerah ini sangat cocok

sebagai daerah pertanian. Data lengkapnya

di sajikan pada tabel 1.1.

1.1 Location and BORDER REGION

Konawe Subdistrict is the

propagation of the Wawotobi Subdistrict.

Konawe Subdistrict has territorial limits as

follows:

- Northern side is bordered by Unaaha and

Wawotobi Subdistrict

- Southern Side is bordered by Lambuya

Subdisrict

- Eastern side is bordered by Wonggeduku

Subdistrict

- Western side is bordered by Uepai

Subdistrict

1.2 Topography

Konawe Subdistrict is the mainland.

Most of the conditions are flat area. The area

is very suitable for agricultural development.

The full data is presented in Table 1.1.

Konawe. Dari tabel tersebut dapat diketahui

bahwa desa yang paling luas adalah Desa

Uelawu yaitu seluas 239 Ha atau 13,41

persen dari luas keseluruhan Kecamatan

Konawe, sedangkan desa yang terkecil

adalah Desa Asoniwowo.

2. PEMERINTAHAN

Kecamatan Konawe secara definitif

terbentuk pada tahun 2008 adalah

pemekaran dari wilayah Kecamatan

Wawotobi. Secara administratif pemerintahan

Kecamatan Konawe dengan ibukota di

Kelurahan Tawanga terdiri dari 12

desa/kelurahan yang semua desa/kelurahan

tersebut berstatus hukum desa definitif

kecuali Desa Puuwonua, Asoniwowo, dan

Wonuambae.

Adanya pemekaran Kecamatan ini

dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya program

percepatan laju pembangunan pemerintah

daerah Kabupaten Konawe, utamanya bagi

wilayah yang potensial baik dari segi

kewilayahan maupun jumlah penduduk untuk

dapat mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri.

Pegawai Daerah yang ada di

kantor Kecamatan Konawe di dominasi olehgolongan II sebesar 18,52% dan PHTT

sebesar 71,60%.

2. GOVERNMENT

Konawe Subdistrict was definitively

established in 2008 as the expansion of the

Wawotobi Subdistrict. Administratively,

Konawe Subdistrict government with its

capital in Tawanga Village consisted of 12

villages / urban village with definitive status

except for Puuwonua, Asoniwowo, and

Wonuambae Village.

The existence of this propagation was

because of the accelerating of development

programs by Konawe Regency governments,

particularly for areas with potential both in

terms of territorial and population to be able

Berdasarkan hasil Sensus

Penduduk, pada tahun 2010, jumlah

penduduk di Kecamatan Konawe

sebanyak 8.035 jiwa atau diperkirakan

mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 7,09%

dari tahun 2009

Kepadatan penduduk tahun 2010

sekitar 305,98 jiwa/km, dengan

konsentrasi penduduk pada wilayah

kelurahan dan beberapa desa tertentu.

Adapun desa dengan kepadatan

penduduk terbesar yaitu 496,12 jiwa/km

adalah Desa Asoniwowo sedangkanDesa Hudoa adalah desa dengan

kepadatan penduduk terkecil yaitu hanya

mencapai 226.69 jiwa/km. Data

selengkapnya disajikan pada tabel 3.1.1.

Pada tabel 3.1.2. terlihat jumlah

rumah tangga di Kecamatan Konawe

dalam tahun 2010 mencapai 1.579

rumah tangga dengan rata-rata 5,09 per

jiwa dalam rumah tangga.

Dari tabel 3.1.3 juga terlihat

perbandingan jumlah perempuan dengan

jumlah laki-laki serta rasio jenis kelamin

tahun 2010 yang menunjukkan bahwa

setiap 100 penduduk perempuan

terdapat 104 penduduk laki-laki.

Selanjutnya pada gambar 3.1.2 terlihat

bahwa pada tahun 2010 penduduk

perempuan mencapai 3.947 jiwa, dan

penduduk laki-laki mencapai 4.088 jiwa.

presented in table 3.1.1.

In Table 3.1.2. seen the number of

households in the Konawe Subdistrict in

the year 2010 reached 1579 households

with an average of 5.09 per capita in

household.

From table 3.1.3 was also seen sex

ratio in 2010 in the number of women by

the number of males which showed thatevery 100 female residents there were

104 male population. Next on the figure

3.1.2 shows that in 2010 female

population reached 3,947 people, and

the male population reached 4,088

people.

Penduduk Kecamatan Konawe

memiliki struktur umur penduduk muda.

Hal ini terlihat dari gambar 3.1.3 yanng

menunjukkan bahwa penduduk di

kecamatan Konawe sebanyak 4.838

jiwa (60,21 persen) adalah penduduk

dewasa atau penduduk usia produktif

(15-64 tahun). Kemudian penduduk

anak-anak usia 0 -14 tahun sebesar

2.893 jiwa (36,00 persen) dan sisanya

3,79 persen atau 304 jiwa adalah

penduduk lanjut usia (65-69+).

4838 people (60.21 percent) were the

adult population or the population of

productive age (15-64 years). Then the

population of children aged 0 -14 years

the remaining 3.79 percent or 304

people were the elderly population (65-

69 +).

Untuk mengetahui kondisi

kesejahteraan rakyat secara garis besar

dalam bab ini di sajikan beberapa masalah

sosial yang meliputi: pendidikan, kesehatan,

agama serta sosial lainnya.

4.1.PendidikanGambaran umum kondisi pendidikan

secara kuantitatif dalam sub bab ini akan

disajikan dalam empat bagian yaitu

Pendidikan Prasekolah (TK), Pendidikan

Dasar, Pendidikan Menengah dan

Pendidikan Tinggi. Berdasarkan gambar

4.1 terlihat bahwa pada tahun 2010 di

Kecamatan Konawe terdapat sebanyak 7

buah TK, 12 SD, 2 SLTP, 2 SLTA dan tidak

terdapat Perguruan tinggi.

4.1.1. Pendidikan Prasekolah (TK)Pada tahun ajaran 2010/2011 tercatat

sebanyak 7 TK dengan 30 orang guru dan

245 orang murid. Berarti rasio gurupersekolah sebesar 4,3 (masing-masing

ada 4 orang guru persekolah). Sedangkan

rasio murid perguru sebesar 8,2 (rata-rata

4.1. Education

General overview conditions of

education in this section will be presented

in four parts namely Preschool Education

(Kindergarten), Elementary Education,

Secondary Education and Higher

Education. Based on Figure 4.1 shows that

in 2010 in Konawe Subdistrict there were 7

kindergartens, 12 elementary schools, 2

junior high schools, 2 senior high schools

and there was no university.

4.1.1. Preschool education (kindergarten)

In the 2010/2011 academic year there

were 7 kindergarten with 30 teachers and

245 pupils. It Meant ratio of teacherperschool was 4.3 (each had 4 teachers).

While teacher to student ratio was 8.2

(average of 1 teacher to 8 pupils).

Prasekolah yang telah dicanangkan oleh

pemerintah selama 9 tahun (setingkat SD

tercatat sebanyak 12 sekolah dasar

dengan 129 orang guru dan 1.521 orang

murid. Rasio guru per sekolah sebesar

10,8 (sekitar 10 sampai 11 orang guru per

sekolah). Pada tingkat SLTP tercatat 2

buah sekolah dengan 40 orang guru dan

386 orang murid/siswa. Rasio guru per

sekolah sebesar 20 orang.

4.1.3. Pendidikan Menengah

Pada tahun ajaran 2010/2011 terdapat

2 buah SLTA dengan 42 orang guru dan

272 orang murid/siswa. Dengan demikian

rasio guru persekolah 21 (rata-rata terdapat

21 orang guru persekolah), .sedangkanRasio Murid Per Guru Sebesar 6 7

Orang.

4.1.2. Primary Education

Primary Education is Education Level

after the Preschool that has been

(at the primary and junior secondary). In

the academic year 2010/2011 there were

12 primary schools with 129 teachers and

1521 students. Teacher ratio of 10.8 to

school (about 10 to 11 teachers were

available in each school). At the junior level

386 pupils / students. Teachers to school

ratio were 20 people.

4.1.3. Secondary Education

In the academic year 2010/2011 there

were 2 secondary education with 42

teachers and 272 pupils. Thus the ratio of

teachers to student 21 (on average there

are 21 teachers to student). Whereas ratioof student to teacher are 6-7 Persons

Tinggi di Kecamatan Konawe.

4.2.KesehatanPada tahun 2010 terdapat 1

Puskesmas di Kecamatan Konawe yang

berada di desa sanggona. Jumlah ini masih

relatif sedikit untuk melayani 8.035 jiwa

penduduk yang tersebar di 12desa/kelurahan. Untuk menunjang kegiatan

pelayanan kesehatan telah di bangun 1

buah Puskesmas Pembantu (PUSTU) di

yang berada di kel. Konawe dan desa

Uelawu.

Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan

pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat,

pemerintah berusaha menyediakan

berbagai sarana dan prasarana kesehatan

serta tenaga medis maupun paramedis.

Kemudian untuk sarana kesehatan

lainnya seperti Posyandu telah ada di

setiap desa/kelurahan. Dengan

keberadaan posyandu di setiap desa, maka

diharapkan dapat membantu meringankan

beban warga yang kurang mampu,

misalnya untuk keperluan imunisasi atau

penimbangan balita

4.3.AgamaPemerintah dan masyarakat telah

berupaya membangun fasilitas dan sarana

keagamaan yang bertujuan agarmasyarakat dapat dengan mudah

menjalankan ibadah dan kepercayaannya.

Pada tabel 4.3.1.- 4.3.2. disajikan jumlah

Berdasarkan tabel 4.3.1 dan gambar 4.3

terlihat bahwa pada tahun 2010 penduduk

Muslim di Kecamatan Konawe telah

mencapai 7.986 jiwa atau 99,99 persen

dari total penduduk keseluruhan.

4.4.PerumahanPada umumnya atau sebagian besar

rumah tangga telah memiliki bangunan

rumah tempat tinggal. Jenis dinding rumah

tidak sekedar menampakkan sisi

keindahan, tetapi juga keamanan dan

kenyamanan. Pada gambar 4.4 terlihat

bahwa lebih dari separuh atau 26 persenbangunan tempat tinggal telah memiliki

jenis dinding terluas dari tembok permanen

dan sebagian tembok semi permanen 36

5. PERTANIAN5.1. Penggunaan Lahan

Penggunaan tanah di Kecamatan

Konawe terdiri atas Sawah, Tanah Tegalan,

Kebun, Bangunan/Pekarangan, dan lainnya.

Data rincian penggunaan tanah yang

mencakup luas lahan pada masing-masing

desa dapat dilihat pada tabel 5.1.1.

Berdasarkan gambar 5.1 terlihat bahwa

Penggunaan lahan yang terbesar di

Kecamatan Konawe adalah lahan Tegalan.

Luas lahan Tegalan mencapai 1.985,51 ha

atau 41 persen, Sawah 227,2 ha atau 5

persen, bangunan/pekarangan 530, ha atau

11 persen dan Kebun 1883,33 ha atau 39

persen dan sisanya Padang rumput dan

lainnya sebesar 214, 5 ha, atau 4 persen.

5.2.Tanaman PerkebunanKomoditas perkebunan utama yang

banyak diusahakan pada tahun 2010, adalah

kelapa dalam, kakao, dan lada. Luas tanam

dan volume produksi masing-masing

tanaman disajikan dalam tabel 5.2.2-5.2.3.

5. AGRICULTURE

5.1. Land Usage

The use of land in the Konawe Subdistrict

consisted of paddy files, moor land, Gardens,

Building / Yard, and others. The data details

the use of land that included land area of each

village can be seen in Table 5.1.1

.

Based on figure 5.1 shows that the largest

land use in Konawe Subdistrict was cultivated

land. Area of cultivated land reached 1985.51

ha or 41 percent, Rice 227.2 hectares or 5

percent, building / yard 530, ha or 11 percent

and Gardens 1883.33 ha or 39 percent and

the remainder meadow and the other for 214,

5 ha , or 4 percent.

5.2. Plantation crops

The main commodities mostly cultivated in

2010, were coconut, cocoa, and pepper.

Acreage and production volume of each plant

are presented in tables 5.2.2-5.2.3.

5.3 Peternakan

Secara keseluruhan jumlah populasi

ternak terbesar adalah sapi yaitu sebanyak

363 ekor yang tersebar di desa/kelurahan di

Kecamatan Konawe. Adapun untuk kambing

sebanyak 271 ekor. Sedangkan populasi

unggas, Ayam Buras memiliki populasi

terbesar yaitu mencapai 4.008 ekor.

5.3Animal HusbandryOverall the number of the largest

6.1. Listrik

Sampai pada tahun 2010 sebagian

besar masyarakat di Kecamatan Konawe

telah menggunakan tenaga listrik yang

bersumber dari PLN sebagai sumber

penerangan, tetapi ada sebagian

masyarakat yang masih menggunakan

penerangan dari lampu minyak tanah.

Berdasarkan tabel 6.1.1 dan

gambar 6.1 dapat ditunjukkan jumlah

rumah tangga yang menggunakan

penerangan menurut sumbernya, yaitu

tenaga listrik PLN sebanyak 1.772 rumah

tangga atau 98 persen, persen dan

rumah tangga yang menggunakan lampu

pelita sebanyak 45 rumahtangga atau 7

persen.

6.2. Air Minum

Kebutuhan air adalah hal mutlak

bagi setiap penduduk, baik air untuk

memasak, mandi, mencuci ataupun

Konawe Subdistrict had been using

electricity sourced from PLN as a source

of lighting, but there were some people

who still use the lighting from kerosene

lamps.

According to the table 6.1.1 and

Figure 6.1 can be shown the number of

households that used the lighting

according to the source, ie PLN's power

was as many as 1772 households or 98

percent, and households that used oil

lamp as much as 45 households, or 7

percent.

Water is an absolute requirement

for every resident, whether water for

cooking, bathing, washing or otherwise.

7.1. Panjang Jalan

Sarana angkutan darat di Kecamatan

Konawe sangat memegang peranan

penting, sehingga sangat membutuhkan

sarana mobilitas penduduk antar daerah dan

memperlancar arus mobilitas penduduk.

Kondisi topografi Kecamatan Konawe

yang relatif datar, memungkinkan angkutan

darat dapat beroperasi dengan mudah.

Akses ke Ibu kota Kabupaten sangat dekat

sehingga mobilitas penduduk ke kota

Unaaha sangat mudah dan lancar.

Pada Gambar 7.1. terlihat bahwa sarana

jalan di Kecamatan Konawe terdiri atas jalan

beraspal 16,4 km, jalan tanah 31,1 km dan

jalan kerikil sekitar 39,8 km. Data

selengkapnya dapat dilihat pada tabel 7.1.1.

Tabel 7.2.1 memberikan informasi kepada

kita mengenai jumlah kendaraan bermotor

dan tidak bermotor di Kecamatan Konawe.

7.1. Length of RoadMeans of land transportation in the

Konawe Subdistrict topography is

relatively flat, allowing land transportation can

operate with ease. Access to Capital Town is

so close that the mobility of people into

Unaaha town is very easy and smooth.

In Figure 7.1. seen that the roads in

Konawe Subdistrict consisted of a paved

road 16.4 km, 31.1 km ground path and

gravel road about 39.8 km. More data can be

seen in Table 7.1.1. Table 7.2.1. provides us

information about the number of motorized

and non-motorized vehicles in Konawe

8.1. Perdagangan

Secara umum fasilitas perekonomian

di Kecamatan Konawe terlihat cukup.

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari

masyarakat, tersedia beberapa sarana

ekonomi lainnya seperti pasar, kios dan

warung/rumah makan.

Dengan tersedianya fasilitas

ekonomi tersebut, kebutuhan sehari-hari

warga masyarakat termasuk kebutuhan

pokok selalu tersedia.

Banyaknya pasar, toko, kios dan

warung makan disajikan pada table 8.1.1.

8. TRADE

8.1. TradeIn general, the economic facilities in

the Konawe Subdistrict looks sufficient. To

meet the daily needs of the community,

provided some other economic facilities

such as markets, kiosks and stalls /

restaurants.

With the availability of economic

facilities, the daily needs of citizens,

including basic needs is always available.

Pada tahun anggaran 2010

Pemerintah Kabupaten Konawe

memberikan bantuan dana pembangunan

desa untuk Kecamatan Konawe sebesar

144 juta rupiah. Dari dana tersebut hanya

dibagikan kepada 9 desa saja di

Kecamatan Konawe. Mungkin ini

disebabkan ketiga desa yang tidak

menerima dana tersebut belum berstatus

definitif.

Dari dana bantuan tersebut, setiap

desa/kelurahan yang menerima masing-

masing mendapatkan dana sebesar 16

juta rupiah. Jumlah tersebut sama dengan

tahun 2009, dan relatif meningkat

dibandingkan tahun 2007 yaitu sebesar

12 juta rupiah atau naik 33,33 persen.

Pada gambar 9.1 terlihat perkembangan

bantuan penerimaan dana pembangunan

desa. Data selengkapnya dapat dilihat

pada tabel 9.1.1.

9.1. Finance

In fiscal year 2010 the Government of

Konawe Regency provided financial

assistance for rural development in

Konawe Subdistrict by 144 million rupiah.

From these funds only be distributed to the

9 villages in the Konawe Subdistrict.

Perhaps this is due to the 3 villages that

did not receive the funding status is not yet

definitive.

Of these funds, each village / urban

villages that received each get a fund of 16

million rupiah. The amount was the same

as in 2009, and the relative increase

compared to 2007 amounting to 12 million

rupiah, up 33.33 percent. Figure 9.1 looks

at the development of village development

funds receiving assistance. More data can

be seen in table 9.1.1
