dC iNveRTeRNasuprot klasičnim klima uređajima koje imaju standardni jednobrzinski kompresor sa fiksnim brojem okretaja bez mogućnosti povećanja ili smanjenja snage, rad inverterske jedinice u većini vremena je djelomično opterećen. Klasična klima snagu regulira cikličnim uključivanjem i isklučivanjem kompresora što dovodi do oscilasije temperature i bezpotrebnog opterećenja bukom. Inverterske jedinice mogu upravljati snagu postepenom regulacijom, što vodi ka izrazitom poboljšanju komfora okoline, smanjenju buke, većoj efikasnosti i nižoj potrošnji energije. Potrošnja energije je oko 44 % niža nego kod klasične klimatizacije.

Centralna upravljačka jedinica i tjedni timer su kombinirani u jednoj upravljačkoj jedinici. Do 16 jedinica mogu biti istovremeno upravljane od strane centralne upravljačke jedinice. Dnevni timer može upravljati svim jedinicama odjedanput ili svakom jedinicom posebno, i također može postaviti 4 programa timera.

FUNKCiJA SvJeŽeG zRAKASistem kanalnih jedinica omogućuje podešavanje i kontrolu ulaz svježeg zraka. Ovom funkcijom je moguće upravljati sa manualnim upravljačem.
