PRODUCT PORTFOLIO BOLTED STEEL TANKS

GLASS-FUSED-TO-STEEL TANKS have been in use for decades, providing

excellent service and design life with the minimum of maintenance. This is

the only tank finish where two materials are fused together to achieve the

best of both: the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the

corrosion resistance of the glass. The high temperature fusion of glass to

steel fired at 850°C results in an inert, durable finish. Applied to both

interior and exterior, the GFS technology is able to withstand the rigours

of the construction site and provide many years of trouble free service in

harsh environments.

EPOXY COATED STEEL TANKS are made from ‘next generation’

thermosetting modified epoxy coatings that combine full range chemical

resistance with exceptional physical properties in a thermally cured tank

lining system. It is specifically formulated for holding such products as

sour crude oil, petroleum products, potable water, wastewater, sewage,

brines and chemicals where the inertness and corrosion resistance are

advantageous.

Choosing a bolted tank solution for your project will result in quick

installation times, low maintenance and a long project life, reducing the

operational costs. Bolted tanks can also be easily extended, dismantled

and re-located to meet clients and projects requirements.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO CONCRETE TANKS

IN SITU POURED CONCRETE TANKS offer a fast and efficient

alternative to traditional design and construction techniques, whilst

maintaining all of the advantages you would expect from a concrete

structure. Our specially designed, adjustable formwork system allows

for bespoke design requirements to be achieved for tank walls and

bases. This well proven and reliable design & construct approach will

deliver significant benefits in both capital cost and programme for

clients who require a concrete tank solution. Our concrete tanks come

in sizes from 10mØ up to 40mØ, are continuously poured, with no

vertical joints and no ties through the tank wall.

PRE-CAST CONCRETE TANKS provide a safe, cost effective method of

containment with numerous applications within the water, wastewater

and industrial sectors. Guaranteed factory controlled quality combined

with a robust structure and tried & tested design principles offer life

expectancy previously only achieved with cast in-situ installations. Our

pre-cast concrete tanks can be constructed up to 12m high and 50mØ

and can easily incorporate GRP roofs, launder channels, mixing systems

and any other ancillary equipment.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO BIOGAS STORAGE

Industry-leading BIODOME® DOUBLE MEMBRANE GAS HOLDERS for

use in the wastewater, agricultural and municipal biogas markets

throughout the world. This state-of-the-art design utilises the highest

strength membrane available in the global market, making it suitable for a

wide range of working gas pressures, storage volumes and gas

production rates and can accommodate the requirements of any

sewerage, wastewater treatment, industrial effluent and biogas plant. It

can be supplied as an independent free-standing unit or installed to

provide biogas storage mounted to the top of a steel or concrete

anaerobic digestion tank. The top-mounted installations can be provided to

fit an existing tank or as a replacement for failing floating roof systems.

The high strength of the membrane, together with market-leading design

and manufacturing facilities allows us to design and construct the

BIODOME® gas holder in standard sizes up to 20,000m³, surpassing any

other system available.

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO STEEL FABRICATION

STEEL FABRICATION designed and manufactured in-house for use in civil

engineering, wastewater, sewerage and biogas projects: pipework,

fabricated tanks, access stairways, access ladders, walkways, bridges,

handrails and flooring.

deliver every project on time and from an early date we are keen to

attend site and understand the overall objective of
