The Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB) having recognised the need to enhance Diversity & Inclusivity, including closing the employment gender gap, developed the BIG TULIP National Women Inspiring Women Programme as a learning and engagement platform for aspiring women leaders.
The BIG TULIP brings together inspirational female leaders, breakthrough women and di�erence makers to share their leadership experiences, their personal and profession-al stories and inspire you to reach your full potential. Using the three components of Purpose, Positivity and Resilience, the BIG TULIP SUMMIT will focus on aiding partici-pants to recognise their strengths, build an ongoing support network of peers from a range of industries and sectors, and develop the skills and con�dence to achieve breakthrough in life and career.

Because attendance at this programme requires significant advance preparation, refunds are not permitted. Invoice once issued cannot be cancelled except for exceptional reasons. Registrants who cancel less than 7 days in advance may nominate an acceptable substitute or attenda future session of the same programme within one calendar year.
UUM OYAGSB reserves the right to postpone the programme 2 weeks before programme dates, if there are inadequate registrations.
