RETORQUE ALL NUTS AND BOLTS AFTER 100 MILES AND PERIODICALLY

STEP 3 - Remove tape over the silicone and carefully mark where the bracket will sit on the roof of the truck by aligning the bracket with the newly drilled holes. Slowly score the painted silicone to begin the removal process. Remove any remaining silicone with a plastic scraper or flat plastic panel remover.

STEP 4 - Using the supplied tool, install the aluminum rivet nuts in the newly drilled holes.

STEP 5 - Remove all painters tape. Bolt the brackets on to the roof of the car with the supplied rubber gasket between the bracket and the roof. Place the rubber washers with the rubber side down. Be careful when torquing the button head cap screws to not pull out the rivet nuts. Check to make sure that the brackets are mounted securely.

Dimensions shown are approximate, not exact. Base your hole locations off of the center punch and bracket layout.

STEP 6 - Prep the light bar for the install by removing the M8 bolt that will attach to the bracket on the driver side. Loosen the (2) M6 indexing socket cap screws at either end of the light bar holding the end mount bracket in place. Install the light bar passenger side first then place the M8 bolt through the end mount bracket and sheet metal bracket. Aim the lights and tighten the bolts at the end. Line up the bump stop so that it sits along the top of the windshield, not the roof of the truck. Finally, pre-load the bump stop and re-tighten all bolts.

Recommended- Re-tape painted areas and Add matching color Silicone to prevent the possibility of leaking.
