3D MAX
The Douglas house and The Long Beach Loft was created in a 3D max
modeling computer program. Lighting, animation techinques and material
choices are included in both models .

HOUSE REMODELING
My parents decided to remodel their home. Their style is transitional, and I
was able to convey this by material, color choices, and accessories. Their home used to have white counter top, white
shower tiles, white cabinets and carpet.

CHILDREN FURNITURE
Designing furniture for children is challenging since it requires research
from children. The first design was repurposing existing furniture to design
new furniture. The existing furniture was a book shelf and chair. The second
furniture piece is a rocking bench designed for multiple seating. The third furniture piece is an easy way to store
multiple furniture pieces.

PETER ZUMTHOR: KUNSTHAUS BREGENZ
The Kunsthaus museum in Bregenz, Austria is always in a constant state
of flux always changing its exhibition spaces to accommodate international contemporary art. AutoCad files were
used to form this 3 deimensional objects.

NEW YORK LOFT
This specific loft was designed for mother and son. The son is the
homeowner, but his mother lives with him for medical reasons. The space was designed to accommodate both
parties by providing enough private and open space. My inspiration was New
York City’s landscape and unique style.

OPTOMETRIST
This was an existing space and was designed as partner project. Our
inspiration was prescription glasses from the laying effects, material, and
translucence material. We wanted to create a space that provided privacy for
comfort and open space for a friendly environment.

BEACH RESTROOMS
Using one shape that can be transformed into different floor plans
and can be used at any beach location. Using sustainable materials that are
durable and made from recycled products to create any type of design
