Karen Gordon, Award Winning, Playwright of the Year, Producer and CEO of KG Productions

LLC, is known for taking the elephant in the room by the husks, placing it center stage and taming

it. Her stage productions deal with the things that weigh many people down from day to day—

problems in a marriage or relationship, depression or a hurting heart. Her debut production, God

of a Second Chance, opened to sold-out audiences in July of 2010. Karen also produced three

showings of Marriage: Get It Right (August, 2013, November 2013, October 2014), No Ordinary

Love (June 2014) and now the Hit Stage Play, Church Folks, Let’s Get it Right! (November 2015)

Audiences leave encouraged and inspired to conquer and overcome life’s obstacles that were once

barriers.

As a passion for the arts, Karen has added Christian Entertainment under KG Productions. She is

the founder of the annual Believers Talent Showcase and Soul & Spirit Open Mic Nights. This

year, she introduced the first annual “Yes You Can” Talent Showcase designed for the Special

Needs population.

Her success is not measured in dollars and cents, though. It’s reflected in the imprints she leaves

on the hearts of men and women in the audience long after the final curtain call.
