Bentuk / Isi Lambang

Lambang berbentuk Perisai

bersudut lima, dengan lingkaran

beruas empat melilit dipinggir

sekeliling lambang terbagi menjadi

empat bagian yaitu :

Bintang bersudut lima

dengan diatasnya

terdapat pita yang

berlipat lima bertuliskan

Kabupaten Paser.

Daun Rotan 27 helai dan

setangkai padi 20 biji

serta 12 buah kapas

sehingga berjumlah 59

buah.

Sebuah Anjat (butah)

dengan silangan parang

terhunus dan tombak

sumpitan.

Semboyan pada sehelai

pita dengan tulisan DAYA

TAKA.

The seal has the shape of shield

with the five angles, with circle

surrounded the seal divided into

these four following parts:

The five angles star with

folded ribbon inscribed

with words Kabupaten

Paser

27 rattan leaves and 20

grains of rice and 12

cotton plants which are

total 59 items.

An Anjat (Butah) with

unsheathed crossing

machette and spear

The motto is written in

the ribbon with words

Arti Lambang

Perisai bersudut lima yang berarti,

perisai pelindung dalam

perjuangan untuk mencapai cita-

cita, sedang empat ruas rotan

yang melingkar melambangkan

ikatan perjuangan. Bintang

bersudut lima dengan warna

kuning emas, dan diatasnya

terdapat pita yang bertuliskan

KABUPATEN PASER, diartikan :

Bintang adalah Pancasila

sebagai falsafah Negara

Republik Indonesia.

Tulisan KABUPATEN PASER

pada pita yang berwarna

kuning adalah daerah

Kabupaten Paser.

Daun Rotan menggambarkan salah

satu hasil kekayaan daerah

Kabupaten Paser.

The Meaning of the Seal

The seal has the shape of shield

with the five angles, means that

the shield shelters the people in

struggling for the ideals,

meanwhile the four joints of rattan

coil up symbolize the bond of the

struggle. The yellow collored five

angles star with a ribbon inscribed

with words KABUPATEN PASER

on top of it have the following

meanings:

A star means Pancasila as

philosophical ideas of Republic

of Indonesia

A ribbon inscribed with words

KABUPATEN PASER means

the Paser territory

The rattan leaves describe one of

Paser regency natural resources


Setanggai Padi beserta sebuah

kapas melambangkan gairah

masyarakat daerah Kabupaten

Paser akan kemakmuran dan

kesejahteraan yang diusahakan

untuk dicapai dengan daya dan

kemampuan sendiri.

Anjat (Butah) dengan silangan

parang terhunus dan tombak

sumpitan diartikan:

Sebagai wadah bekal hidup

dan budaya masyarakat

Kabupaten Paser.

Patriotik serta kesiap siagaan,

mendasari jiwa daerah

Kabupaten Paser dalam

membina masyarakat yang adil

dan makmur.

Diatas pita warna putih yang

bertuliskan DAYA TAKA adalah

merupakan suatu tekad dari

masyarakat daerah Kabupaten

Paser akan terus berjuang dengan

penuh semangat, ikhlas dan takwa

untuk bekerja dengan kemampuan

sendiri.

Dari 27 helai daun rotan dan

setangkai padi 20 biji dengan 12

buah kapas sehingga berjumlah 59

yang berarti terbentuknya daerah

Kabupaten Paser menjadi Daerah

Tingkat II berdasarkan UU No. 27

Tahun 1959.

Dari 4 ruas rotan melilit dengan

lima lipatan pita bertuliskan

KABUPATEN PASER, dan 8 huruf

tulisan DAYA TAKA sehingga

berjumlah 17 yang berarti tanggal

diproklamirkannya Kemerdekaan

Negara Republik Indonesia. Dari 8

huruf tulisan diatas pita putih yang

berarti bulan diproklamirkannya

Kemerdekaan Negara Republik

Indonesia. Dari 45 kali lilitan Rotan

kesebelah kanan dan 45 lilitan

kesebelah kiri yang berarti tahun

diproklamirkannya Kemerdekaan

Negara Republik Indonesia.

4(four) joints of rattan with 5(five)

folded ribbon inscribed with words

KABUPATEN PASER, and the

writing DAYA TAKA formed by 8

letters, which are total 17 mean

the proclamation date of

independence of the Republic of

Indonesia. 8 (eight) letters written

on the white ribbon symbolize the

month of the proclamation itself.

Meanwhile the 45 (forty-five) coils

of rattan on the right side and so

on the left side mean the year of

the proclamation.


Warna Lambang

Warna lambang terdiri dari : biru

muda, kuning, hijau, coklat, putih

dan hitam.

Warna biru muda berarti

kesetiaan, ketekunan dan

ketabahan.

Warna Kuning berarti

kejayaan, kebesaran,

kesejahteraan, kebijaksanaan

dan kecerdasan.

Warna Hijau berarti kesuburan

Warna Coklat berarti

kekompakan, kekuatan dan

kemampuan.

Warna Putih berarti

kemurnian, kebersihan,

kesucian dan keikhlasan.

Warna Hitam berarti

kesungguhan dan keampuhan.

KATA SAMBUTAN

Penerbitan buku Kabupaten Paser Dalam Angka 2014 ini saya sambut

gembira, karena buku ini menyajikan data statistik yang cukup lengkap

sehingga kebijaksanaan yang telah kita laksanakan maupun hasilhasil

pembangunan yang telah dicapai dapat terlihat dari data tersebut.

Buku ini selain dapat dimanfaatkan untuk evaluasi dari hasil-hasil

pembangunan juga sangat bermanfaat untuk penyusunan dan perumusan

kebijaksanaan yang akan diambil. Disamping itu juga dapat dipergunakan

untuk penyusunan perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih tepat dan terarah.

Data statistik merupakan sumber informasi untuk berbagai kebutuhan

perencanaan dan perumusan kebijaksanaan pembangunan, karena itu saya

mengharap kepada Bappeda untuk penerbitan selanjutnya tetap terus

berupaya agar data yang disajikan dapat lebih lengkap dan akurat dengan

mengadakan konfirmasi dan koordinasi dengan nara sumber data.

Sedangkan kepada dinas/instansi/lembaga baik pemerintah maupun swasta

diharapkan peran sertanya sebagai nara sumber data agar selalu memberikan

FOREWORD

I am very delighted to welcome the publication of this book The Paser

Regency in Figures 2014. It provides so complete statistical data with a series

of development data that it shows our implemented policies and development

gains.

The publication of this book is not only useful for the evaluation of the

development gains but also for the preparation and formulation of the policies

to take. In addition, it can be used for the preparation of more accurate and

directed development plan.

Since it functions as an information source for various needs of development

polices. I strongly suggest the Regional Development Planning Board always to

get more complete and accurate data for the nex publication.

In connection with the suggestion above, I really expect that all government

and private institute actively play their roles as information sources in

preparing prepare to contributes, consistent, complete and accurate data or

information in the future.

KATA PENGANTAR

Kabupaten Paser Dalam Angka adalah publikasi tahunan yang diterbitkan oleh

Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Paser. Publikasi ini

menyajikan data secara komprehensif dari berbagai bidang dan ulasan

deskriptif tentang halhal yang penting dari bidangbidang yang

bersangkutan. Buku ini dimaksudkan untuk memberi gambaran tentang

pembangunan di Kabupaten Paser.

Publikasi tahun 2014, yang merupakan lanjutan dari publikasi tahun

sebelumnya, memuat beberapa perubahan dan perbaikan berupa

penambahan dan penyederhanaan tabel - tabel. Walaupun demikian, untuk

menjaga kontinuitas data, bentuk dan jenis sebagian tabel tetap

dipertahankan. Dalam semua tabel telah diusahakan untuk dapat menyajikan

data tahun terakhir. Jika data tahun terakhir belum tersedia, beberapa

diantaranya disajikan angka sementara yang didasarkan atas dokumen-

dokumen yang telah masuk dan atau seri data yang ada.

Publikasi ini dapat terwujud berkat kerjasama dan bantuan dari berbagai

pihak, baik instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. Kepada semua pihak yang

PREFACE

The Paser Regency in Figures is one of the Bappeda of Paser Regency. This

publication is aimed at providing general information on development of Paser

Regency.

With the 2014 edition, a number of improvement has been made such as the

inclusion of new data and information and simplification of some tables lay

out found in the previous publications. However, to maintain time series

comparability, most of these tables format were retained and updated with

more recent data. Where the current data are not yet available from the usual

sources, BPS substitutes them with estimated data derived from related

documents or from its own time series data.

This publication has been made possible, thanks to the assistance and

contibutions of various government institutions and private organizations. To

all those involved in the preparation of this book, I would like to express my

high appreciation and gratitude.

Comments and suggestions to improve the contents of this book are always

welcome.
