PENGARUH PELATIHAN PROSES KEPERAWATAN NANDA NIC NOC TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT DALAM PENYUSUNAN DIAGNOSA KEPERAWATAN NANDA DI RUANG PEDIATRIK EFFECT OF NURSING PROCESS NANDA NIC NOC TRAINING FOR NURSES KNOWLEDGE ENHANCEMENT IN FORMULATING OF NANDA NURSING DIAGNOSIS IN PEDIATRICS ROOM Dr.Ahsan, S,Kp,M.Kes; Ns.Dian Susmarini S.Kep, MN; Dicky Syahrulloh Bakhri Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya Malang ABSTRACT Knowledge and skills of nurses is one way to create professional nursing staff who provide nursing care with guidelines NANDA, NOC, NIC that has developed along with the development of science and technology and society's demands. Where NANDA, NOC, NIC is a classification system of nursing that have become standardized in the world of nursing. This study was conducted to determine the effect of nursing process NANDA, NOC, NIC training to increase the knowledge of nurses in formulating nursing diagnoses in Saiful Anwar hospital. This study used a quasi-experimental design with pretest- posttest approach in the treatment group (One Group Pre-Post Test Design) .The sampel were 38 respondents were selected by purposive sampling method. Data collected by using a questionnaire. Processing and analysis the influence of the training nursing process with an increased knowledge of nurses using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed the level of knowledge in the preparation before the given training nursing process (NANDA, NIC, and NOC) is only one of the respondents (3%) were good and after being given training to as many as 17 respondents (45%) were good. The results of statistical tests Wilcoxon rank test was obtained p value = 0.000 (p value <0.05). From this study it can be concluded that there is the influence of the nursing process (NANDA, NIC, and NOC) training to the knowledge of nurses in formulating NANDA. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan tenaga keperawatan professional yang memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan pedoman NANDA, NOC, NIC yang berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan IPTEK dan tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat. Dimana NANDA, NOC, NIC merupakan system klasifikasi keperawatan yang telah menjadi standarisasi dalam dunia keperawatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan proses keperawatan NANDA, NOC, NIC terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan perawat dalam menyusun diagnosa keperawatan di rumah sakit Saiful Anwar.
