The 42 Day Jump Start is for women interested in ending diet drama, making peace with food, and finding their natural weight through a series of six classes: I will be walking with you through different lessons and content, along with lots of discussion, as well. There is homework in the form of reading to do at home and journaling. Every day. It’s such good stuff, though, that you will want to make it your top priority to dig into it every day. If your group would like, I can create a private Facebook forum so you can share and work through the program together in between our meetings. I will be active on our Facebook page, as well, and will coach participants who want it throughout the process. I include all of the tools you need: The 42 Day Jumpstart journal ($20 value) A copy of If I’m So Smart, Why Can’t I Lose Weight by master certified weight loss coach (and my teacher / mentor) Brooke Castillo ($15 value) Six hours of my time, teaching, guidance, expertise and support in a live class/group setting ($110 per session) Ongoing support in a private online forum (if the group desires) All of this is available to your group at $150 per person for the entire six week program. I also offer discounted one- on-one coaching sessions for group members who want to continue with this work more intensively after the six weeks end. She lost nearly 40 pounds two years ago and is on a mission to help other women end their own diet struggles and make peace with food and their bodies.
