To this day, I am still questioned by my colleagues - Why did we move to Keller Williams? My answer is very simple. Keller Williams is the only company who speaks to us as business own- ers and who have made it their mission to coach Realtors to ‘ Build Ca- reers worth Having, Businesses worth Owning and Lives worth Living’. My partner and I always knew how to sell homes. What we wanted was to grow as business owners – and enjoy our personal lives! We first heard Gary Keller Speak at an Inman News conference in the late 1990s. We were quite im- pressed. Many years went by and we found ourselves again drawn to a company that talked about agents as partners and as business owners. The training, coaching, and networking are beyond any- thing I have ever experienced in other companies. Keller Williams has entire courses and systems on how to hire the right people when you’re ready to grown as a team! This brokerage emphasizes the importance of watching expenses and net profit each month to the agents and teams. This knowledge goes so much deeper into the business of selling real estate. Our team always had some systems in place and I knew we could make them better if we had the right mentors in the right environment. Keller Williams Real Estate Service gives us what we are looking for. The right environment includes the fabulous people I get to see every day from our helpful and friendly staff to Business Coach Lorn Scanlon who actually cares and holds us accountable to our business goals. I’ve never seen a manager so committed to our Realtor’s success. Lorn Scanlon coaches the ‘40UpClub.com’ each morning from 8:00-8:45am Monday – Thursdays and everyone is welcome. It is the perfect way to get our mindset and skills completely set by the time we start work at 9! With an amazing mix of experienced and new up and coming Realtors – the ideas and discussions are innova- tive and helpful. Lorn’s own experience as a Top Realtor, along with his coaching history with the Plow- man Systems, make this morning session rich with useful content and practical advice. I have learned so much – and have so much farther to go. Each day is filled with curiosity and new ideas. Many of our colleagues are ready to retire while the Mulholland Ross Team continues to be excited about our business and our lives.
