COMMUNITY EXHIBITION PROGRAM APPLICATION

Proposals are now being accepted for the Asian American Resource Center’s (AARC) quarterly rotating exhibits program for fiscal year 2015 - 2016. The AARC seeks to present visual art that speaks to its mission and works that address topics in Asian and Asian American culture, heritage and history.

Please include the following application materials:

1. Completed Community Exhibition Program application with your image files.

2. Individual artists must submit 10 – 20 jpg images (no larger than 1024 x 768 pixels at 300 dpi) submitted on a flash drive, CD or DVD of artwork completed in the past 5 years for individual application. or

Organizations must submit 5 - 10 jpeg images by each participating artist of work completed in the past 5 years. Please use title of work as the file name when saving images.

3. Images should include a numbered list with the artist’s name, title of work, medium, dimensions (height x width x depth) and date completed. Although due care will be taken, the AARC shall not be held responsible for lost or damaged drives or discs.

4. Self-addressed stamped envelope with adequate pre-paid postage for return of the flash drive, CD or DVD and other submission information after the selection process. Please note that the AARC will not return drives or discs without a return envelope.
