Jovana Tomanovic was born in Belgrade in 1982. She lives in Milano for last 23 years, where she have graduated at the Fine Arts Academy of Brera in 2005 for the main painting section and also have taken a master degree in 2008 in Visual Arts with a specialisation in sculpture. For 6 years she have been working at Flash Art International as head of marketing and ade- vrtising and for 7 years she was a proud and successfull founder of a Charitable Foundation named SAVREMENA DECA - Art Education for Unprivilaged Children in Serbia. Within last two years Jovana took a decision to focus full time on her own life and art production and find a gallery to rapresent her work and lounch it to the international market. This serial of works have been painted between two studios, one in Milan and the other one in Julian Alps. A Slovenian village named Bovec is a place where the meditation and inspira- tion cames from and developes in two main themes of growing grass and giant butterflies. The tehnique is oil on canvas and the usual dimension is a landscape format 150 x 240 cm. Jovana Tomanovic was born in Belgrade in 1982.
