At 12:02 pm local me, I get this Google account request. It was odd, but I had no idea who sent it.

As I am walking in to Lowes 2 hours later, I get this.

I call my sister at 2:11pm local me to see if she got this. She didnt see it. I tell her to get Michael on

the phone to get his address and get 911 over there.

When I hang up, I get this email.

The mail transcripon is bad, but understandable enough to know something is very wrong. I had no

idea that it was close to the me when his children were vising.

I call harris county 911 at 2:14pm local me and give them the phone number. I am told at out that

they cant get an address from a phone number. I hang up to try to call other family.

At 2:16pm, I get a call from my sister and Michael is conferenced in. He says it is odd and that Josh

hasnt been talking about doing anything like this. Michael has his address at home.

Alina calls and is added to the conference. She is in tears and worried as hell. I ask her what Joshs

address is. She says she only knows how to get there. I tell (yell at) her to hang up, call 911, and lead

them over there NOW. She does, and we can only wait.

At about 3:40pm local me, I get pictures of the destroyed house.

At about 4pm local me, my sister calls and says it is on the news and that the boys were in it.

I have to say that I dont know if Josh is innocent or guilty of anything that happened to Susan. I dont

know if Steve is innocent or guilty. I think Joshs nal acons are the absolute most horrid thing that

could ever happen; this is not a result I think any of us ancipated. I think this is not the story. The story

is that there was a very posive PR campaign to search for Susan Powell that morphed into a

concentrated cyberbullying campaign. We have a jusce system that is supposed to put process around

determining guilt or innocence; cyberbullying follows no process or rules. It is about who is stronger,

yells louder, and has more people helping it out. When I realized a cyberbullying campaign is what the

Friends and Family of Susan Powell had become, I tried to report it to Facebook. Unfortunately, there

is an automated democrac process of determining violaons that appears to be triggered only aer a

certain threshold of complaints. Again, cyberbullying is about the strong against the weak.

I can tell you that Josh was terrorized. Im sure there are people out there that would consider this

appropriate given the mass assumpon of his guilt. We all want to see criminals pay for what they have

done, but when evidence lacks for due process to make this happen is this the appropriate method of

alternate prosecuon? This reminds me of North Koreas process walk the accused out into a eld and

put a bullet in them. The dierence here is that everybody spends their me enjoying the prelude as

some form of sick entertainment while posng Bible scriptures to jusfy to themselves the reason for

which they are nding so much enjoyment.

I have already forwarded to you the screen shots of the people making false CPS reports. I will compile a

meline of other informaon I have about the stalking and bullying. I am perfectly willing to talk to

police about this, but I will insist on the press being involved for transparency. We are all outraged at

what has happened, both for Joshs really abhorrent nal act and for the acons of the other people

involved. We cant help but wonder if this could have been prevented otherwise.

Once I determine out how to download the voice mail, I will give it to authories as well as the press. I

do not know which authories to contact because I dont know if some of them parcipated in the

cyberbullying campaign and quite frankly dont have a lot of trust for them.
