    - Section 1.4: Second paragraph, removed statement about updating the Error Analysis with latest error budget models.

    - Section 3.4: First paragraph, updated to clarify that the error analysis in the ATBD was intended to be a snapshot of the current best estimates at the time of publication, and removed references to updating with latest STOP model numbers.

    RF561-4: - Section 4.2: First bullet, deleted the second sentence

    indicating that correction for atmospheric refraction was going to be added to the baseline software.
