Engagement responsibilities included providing financial, project, and resource management analysis using various reporting tools to enable data driven decision making at the key business stakeholders level
Acted as the firm’s sole project team member responsible for the U.S. workstream involving 500+ users across all PPM solution activities, including all technology requirements gathering, project management documentation (changes requests, issues, risks, etc.), and any communication with the development/testing teams necessary during the entire SDLC
Deliverables for the engagement included overall solution design documentation/presentation, high level requirement documentation, process flow documentation, and detailed business and technology requirements documentation, with changes and updates based on business feedback
