I really am praying you listen to these pleas. First, my nirmeis still listed on your candidacy websitewrongly holding me out as a candidatefor the office of Lt. Governor. Additionally, my name also appears on a flyer reproduction of that website includedin a mailing that you senton June 16,2010. However, you knew on June 4, 2010 that I did not submit a demandto the NYS BOE as requiredby statute to createa candidacy after having beennominated on May 28, 2010, that failure to act extinguished my nomination. You know further that my candidacy was born on the night of our convention solely out of the fact that you would have otherwise been denied the opportunity to speakthat night and that I "created" that opportunity for you by offering to have you so nominateme for Lt. Gov. That night we were a team that was questioning what we consideredto be the unorthodox nomination process that had been employed by our Chairman. However, we were also of one mind that if the Republicansendorsed one candidatefor Govemor, even if Rick Lazio was that candidate, we would step aside for unity. Our agreed goal was always to have the same candidate for Governor on both the Conservative and Republican ballots. That was accomplished at the Republican convention, not the way we wantedit to be accomplished, but accomplished none the less. At this point Carl Paladino's renegade candidacyfor Govemor does not servethe Conservative Party or NYS, it only serves thosearoundCarl who are being paid. Carl's statewide candidacyhas been discredited through nothing either you or I have done and my candidatefor Governor did not gain access to the Republicanballot at the Republican conventionnor did Carl. In fact, on June 3to SteveLevy out polled Carl2SYo to Carl's 7%. Carl now wants to start another party line which would only serve to negatively impact our line. Your candidacy helps Carl hurt us.

Re: (l) John Andrew Kay Name Removal (2) Support Jack Quinn for NYS Senate

Dear Ralph:

I have called and sent e-mails on the above topics but you have not responded andI write to you now out of frustration but with a continued respect that I have for you as Imake this plea for party unity for the good of NYS and the unborn. I really am prayingyou listen to these pleas.

First, my nirme is still listed on your candidacy website wrongly holding me outas a candidate for the office of Lt. Governor. Additionally, my name also appears on aflyer reproduction of that website included in a mailing that you sent on June 16,2010.

However, you knew on June 4, 2010 that I did not submit a demand to the NYSBOE as required by statute to create a candidacy after having been nominated on May 28,2010, that failure to act extinguished my nomination. You know further that mycandidacy was born on the night of our convention solely out of the fact that you wouldhave otherwise been denied the opportunity to speak that night and that I "created" thatopportunity for you by offering to have you so nominate me for Lt. Gov.

That night we were a team that was questioning what we considered to be theunorthodox nomination process that had been employed by our Chairman. However, wewere also of one mind that if the Republicans endorsed one candidate for Govemor, evenif Rick Lazio was that candidate, we would step aside for unity. Our agreed goal wasalways to have the same candidate for Governor on both the Conservative andRepublican ballots. That was accomplished at the Republican convention, not the waywe wanted it to be accomplished, but accomplished none the less.

At this point Carl Paladino's renegade candidacy for Govemor does not serve theConservative Party or NYS, it only serves those around Carl who are being paid. Carl'sstatewide candidacy has been discredited through nothing either you or I have done andmy candidate for Governor did not gain access to the Republican ballot at the Republicanconvention nor did Carl. In fact, on June 3to Steve Levy out polled Carl2SYo to Carl's7%. Carl now wants to start another party line which would only serve to negativelyimpact our line. Your candidacy helps Carl hurt us.

Please remove my name as Lt. Gov. candidate from your website andmailings and, more importantly, please discontinue actively running for Governoryourself, Like Lazio or not he received almost 200,000 votes in 2000 on our linewhich puts us in good stead as a party to hold our position on the ballot unless youcontinue to run to damage him.

Second, and even more urgent at this writing, there is still time for you to allowR-C Assemblyman Jack Quinn into the Conservative Party Primary. In fact, you couldstill give him the line outright by letting him go out and get his own signatures and by notissuing an authorization to the Liberal Democrat for State Senate that you are planning tosupport.

The Democrats now hold a one vote majority in the State Senate and absentyour changing course you are helping to guarantee their continuance as a majorityto both pass same sex marriage as law and escalate the slaughter of the unborn inNYS' the state whose abortion laws pre-date Roe v. lYade by three years duringwhich time thousands of innocent babies were killed. The bill I alerted vou to lastmonth again puts NYS at the forefront of the slaughter.

I sent you the attached e-mail about the radical abortion bill that the Democratswere pushing in the legislature last month. By God's grace this bill was stopped for nowbut it will be back and the man you are supporting for NYS Senate in the 58tn SD willgladly support this horrific extermination of the unborn and he will be doing it with yourimprimatur! But you can stop this madness now. You lcnow it is not the will of your rankand file just as you know supporting him is wrong.

Ralph, I implore you to correct the courses you have chosen.
