This is the home page of jnan B2C section. It have many features as Book Your hotel, Hotel search with country and city option. Selecting dates in which hotel rooms

required. Etc.

This is the hotel listing page as per the search criteria. Available hotels will be displayed on the searched dates. The hotel rates will be displayed as below. Room types can see in each hotel with number of persons can accommodate, Availability status, Current

price, Special Price, Number of rooms available etc.

Can search hotels as per Star type, Hotel name (a-z) and by price range. Click on the desired option will provide the corresponding list of hotels. Star type display the top

star hotel in its descending order. Option of hotel (a-z) display in alphabetical order. In the price range option the hotels will display in the ascending order price.

We can search a hotel by mentioning its name, price range, and the dates using filter search option at the top right of the page. Can search with hotel name only. Providing price range option only and providing the date fields only. Or can search by providing

all the info such as hotel name, price range, and dates at the same time.

Here displaying the hotel rates. The types of rooms available, number of persons can accommodate, availability status of the room(available/on request) , Current pricing

and some times special pricings and the number of rooms available for booking purpose.

Here is the page for facilities available with each hotel. Customers can view facilities of each hotel.

This page is for image gallery. Here displays the images of each hotel. Can view the hotel photos before making bookings. Have option to see the images in zoom effect in

clicking on each photo.

Hotel Search

A customer can select hotel using country, city search option . Also can select desired dates for which rooms required. Once country, city and dates finalized click on search

button to generate the list of available hotels.

Here gets a list of available hotels with the search criteria. Select particular hotel to book room. Check for available rooms. Click on the number of rooms required from the rooms drop down list to make booking. Here selected one room available in the

hotel.

Once the room selected from the drop own list, the price will display in the bottom right of the page in your order information box. You can see your selected hotel name,

dates of check in and check out, room type selected, number of rooms selected and the price. Once finalized click on book now button.

There will display one terms and conditions page before making booking. The terms and conditions includes, Terms, extra, Policies with pets, the accepted credit cards,

Important information to the customers, Cancellation policies, cancellation after deadline etc. Read carefully these terms and click on I agree to proceed

Have to fill the form with required information. Enter phone/ mobile numbers in the specified format. You have to enter contact details, Flight details if have, and enter all

the asked info in star marked fields which are mandatory.

This is the same page in the contact form. You have to enter the payment details. Also credit card details and its validity. You can read cancellation policy in this page also.

Once entered all the details properly click on to the submit button to proceed.

This is the confirmation page and gets confirmed that your booking order is now complete. Check all the details ar correct. Also have print options to take print out of

the page. At the same time you will get an email confirmation about the booking.

It is the same confirmation page. All the details display such as flight details, credit card details, terms and conditions. Read and understand the procedures of further process

if you have like cancellation or edit the booking had made already.

This is also the part of the confirmation page. If you entered any customer comments field will display here. The contact email of the client if have any concerns you can

contact. Jnan tours customer care contact details also mentioned in the bottom of the page.

This is a sample of the email received by the customer . The email have the information like status of the booking made (confirmed /on request). Booking id is

mentioned for future reference. There is a link on the top of the mail. Click on the lick for making any changes with the current booking.

When click on the link in the mails gets this page. You can see your current booking details. Two option as cancel the booking and edit the current booking. If wants to

make any changes with the current booking click on edit button at the top right of the page.

When clicking on edit button take to the current booking hotel details. Can make changes in the dates at the top of the pages. Once the dates are changed click on to

search button. It will list hotels. You can select rooms as previously made. Once made the changes in the booking click on to update now button.

This is in the same page. Can make changes in the contact details. Can make changes in flight details etc. Once made necessary changes click on to update now button to

save the changes.

Your order information will display the changed hotel name, Changed dates, Changed room types and prices. Once confirmed all changed click on to the update now button to save the changes. You will receive a new mail in the customer inbox.

This is the confirmation page for the changes made. Read and understand confirm. Again if wants to make any changes click on edit button. If cancel the whole booking

click on to cancel button.

This is the mail received by the customer for edit booking. Again the link is at the top for making any changes in the booking. One more link at the bottom of the mail which

is for the pick up/ rent a car facility available. If the service required click on to the link. It will take to the related pages.

This is the page for car rental. Provide required information to get the service. Can view the price at the bottom. Once finalized click on to submit button to confirm the

service.

When click on to submit button will get a confirmation message as seen in the bottom of the form as “ Email has been sent to jnan tours master”. They will take care of the

service and keep you informed.

If you want to cancel the whole booking click on to cancel button. It will cancel your whole booking.

When click on to cancel button leads to the below page. It will display the cancellation policy. The customer have to read and understand the whole cancellation policy well.

If agreed click on I agree button. If not agreed can click on to I don’t agree button.

This is the confirmation massage for the cancellation made. Your booking has been cancelled. You cannot edit your booking once made cancellation.

This is the page for my booking. Provide email id and booking id to know about the booking made already. Once entered these details click on to submit button to get the

view rates at the right side of the page with timing of the sight seeing.
