Back to September September is a time when many decide to reinvent themselves. “What does Vogue’s September issue tell me I need to buy?” “Can I still wear my Members Only jacket or is it beyond ironic at this point?” Apple got in on the fashion week hype and launched the fashionable iPhone 6 this week (with the first purchase in Perth being accidentally dropped on the concrete.) We can’t guarantee J.LoVan is as fashionable as the iPhone 6, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, or a thrifted Members Only jacket, but we are definitely locally-made, quality-made, and attempting

Introducing… skinny ties  

We never officially announced it, but we quietly introduced skinny ties about a year ago, and the men went stark raving mad for them. Then the women went stark raving mad for the men. Everything comes full circle. For the librarian-type in all of us, this year we started making a regular-width 2.5 inch tie that allows it to be more versatile for work and play. Shop

Volunteering is a community essential. A few times a year we’d like to highlight someone who is serving and making a big impact in their community, and help them design their own tie, with proceeds going to an organization of their choice. We already have our first
