As you guys know, I’m a huge advocate of Relationship Marketing.
I believe it is vital to the growth of your business that you create and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential customers and clients.
Creating a great reputation within your industry or niche will also open doors for
collaborative partnerships and propel your business further than you could
realistically do on your own.
However, likes, +1′s, engagement, conversation and all
those things that we spend time and energy on daily to
try and increase really mean nothing unless you also
have cash flowing into your business.
As much as we would all love to do this just for
enjoyment, we have to live right? And I for one, want to
live a life of freedom, traveling the world with my
family. For that I need cold hard cash!
Not only that, but the more successful your business is,
the more people you can help.

So, it’s time to banish your fear of selling. Don’t be ashamed to sell your products or
services! As long as what you’re selling meets a need in the marketplace and adds
value to the life or lives of individuals and businesses, then you should be proud of
what you have to sell!
I think because of exploitation and the minority who spam and scam, people have
almost backed away from selling anything for fear of being branded negatively. But
we’re running businesses here folks!
Definition of Business: An economic system in which goods and services are exchanged
for one another or money, on the basis of their perceived worth. Every business requires
some form of investment and a sufficient number of customers to whom its output can be
sold at profit on a consistent basis.

Take note of that phrase ‘on the basis of their perceived worth’, in other words the
more valuable your product, the more people will pay for it!
So, if you’re currently trying to build a business and
your focus is on the technical aspects of building your
website, or you’re embroiled in 6 months worth of auto
responders you’re preparing, or you’re writing 100′s of
articles to drive a bit of traffic to your FB page. STOP!
Go and find out what your market needs, create a
product to solve that need. Create a sales page and add
that to your blog, your compelling offer, your FB Page,
as many places as you can to be honest and start to sell
as well as give!
Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly believe the more you give the more you sell,
but there’s nothing stopping you doing the two in tandem!
