■ Scope: A full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army
to satisfy its support of Army net centric goals with Information
Technology (IT) services worldwide. Ordering is open to Army, DOD
and other Federal Agencies. No CHESS fee.
■ Contract Type: Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) indefinite
delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ)
■ Program Maximum: $20 Billion

ITES-2S Reports
■ All reports shall be emailed as attachments to: [email protected] or
as per most recent direction from CHESS, with a copy sent to the designated CHESS
Product Leader(s) and the contract POC(s) at ACC-RI.

Order Transaction (OT)
Report
The OT report is cumulative in nature. Each report shall include all transactions from contract
inception up to the Saturday preceding the submission date of the file. Monthly
Monthly Task Order Status
Report (MTOSR)
The report shall include a brief summary of significant activities, problems and developments
occurring during the reporting period, as well as progress made at the Task Order level. Monthly
Small Business Participation
Report (SCPR)The Contractor shall provide the ITES-2S Small Business report to CHESS. Monthly
Product Attribute ReportThis report when required must be a full replacement, it will list labor rates have changed or
new labor categories that are added to the catalog.As needed
Performance-based Progress
Report
The Contractor shall provide a report on a quarterly basis to report the performance-based
aspects (proposed measures/metrics and incentives/disincentives)Quarterly
Evaluation of Contractor’s
Task Order Performance
At Task Order completion or renewal, the contractor shall submit a request for a performance
evaluation to the Order Contracting Officer’s Representative (OCOR) or his/her designated
representative.

Electronic Subcontracting
Reporting System (e-SRS)
The Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System was developed to collect subcontracting
accomplishments. The report is submitted electronically and it replaces the standard form 294. Bi-Annually

■ Scope: The Army has an ongoing requirement to support the Army Enterprise Infrastructure and Infostructure goals
with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. ITES-3S is a follow on to the current ITES-2S vehicle.
■ Contract Type: Multiple Award Task Order (MATO), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
■ Number of Awards: 24 (up to 14 reserved for small business)
■ Award Date: 1QFY18
■ Period of Performance: 5 Year Base; one 4-Year Option
■ NAICS code: 541519 Other Computer Related Services, $27.5 Million
■ Task Areas:

■ Information provided in this presentation is for informational purposes only and is subject
to change. Neither this presentation nor any information gained from it are binding on the
Government. Only the final RFP issued to Industry will be binding upon the Government.

Post Award Items
■ During the 60 Day Phase in Period the contractor shall:
– Develop an ordering guide and website
– Finalize subcontracting/teaming
– Secure the required personnel
– Coordinate security clearances
– Provide labor categories and pricing to PD CHESS for IT e-mart
– Provide to PD CHESS same copies of reports for review and approval
– Provide a complete list of contractor’s program management team
