At Island Breeze we want you to get the most out of your

retreat, so we have a few recommendations to ensure a

relaxing experience.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

You will need to fill out some paperwork.

Lockers are available for your use; please leave your phone

and valuables in your secured locker.

A robe is provided for you to use and wear for services.

Please enjoy the relaxation room or the dry sauna to unwind

and prepare for your services.

Drink plenty of water before and after your services to

enhance the benefits of your treatment.

When your treatment is over, move slowly and take your

time. It is normal to be light headed after a relaxing treatment.

Please communicate with your therapist during your

service if you would prefer a firmer or softer touch.

A 24-hour notice is required for changes or cancellations.

Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the

length of your treatment, with full charges applied.
