SERVO SYSTEM TESTINGWith our expanded servo system testing capabilities

we can fully simulate plant running conditions to allow

for precise testing of servo drives and amplifiers to

analyze and repair problem areas. Having this ability

allows our team to test and troubleshoot all of the

components in your system at once, giving you

the peace of mind that everything will work when

re-installing the unit.

LOAD CENTER TESTINGWe designed and custom built a load center that gives our company the capability to fully test AC and

DC drives up to 400 horsepower.

Full-load testing gives us the ability to:

• Measure AC ripple on DC supplies

• Locate hot spots and internal loose connections

• Verify that current read-out is within tolerance

• Check for full resistance testing to identify weak or faulty components on motors or drives

SERVO MOTOR LAB Our factory trained technicians can repair and refurbish servo and spindle motors. We offer complete

run-testing and alignment of feedback on devices to OEM specifications with state of the art testing

equipment. We maintain the highest standards of quality control and take pride in workmanship to

guarantee the best repairs.


METAL DETECTOR LABWe provide a comprehensive repair service aimed at keeping product inspection equipment operating

with maximum efficiency. Our technicians repair control modules, power supplies, and apertures.

A scheduled equipment performance verification with us, ensures parts and systems are overhauled and

calibrations are fine tuned to pass internal and external inspections. Knowing compliance obligations

are being met ensures that inspection equipment performs accurately with today’s regulatory standards.

HYDRAULICS & VALVE LABOur lab can repair and rebuild hydraulic, pneumatic, and

vacuum components such as power units, pumps, cylinders,

servo valves, proportional valves, and actuators. We are

also experienced with hydraulic integration for PLC & HMI

control systems.
