Conscience Labs Let’s Clear the Air

We provide solutions for energy product challenges. We do this at the reservoir, on the way to the refinery, at the refinery, in the engine and

finally, out as emissions into our environment. Our suite of additive solutions improve API gravity and decrease sulphur

content at the reservoir and/or refinery. They improve fuel performance, engine efficiencies, and ultimately reduce emissions and airborne

pollutants in the environment. In all cases, our products aim is to increase oil quality and fuel

performance more than the products cost, enabling our clients to increase earnings and create a cleaner environment.

Increased income coupled with the positive impact our products have on the environment, are the types of progressive solutions businesses are

looking for today. It’s what makes us relevant.

03

Crude Oil

AdditiveSolutions for Heavy & Sour Crude Oil

The two most important properties in determining a crude oil’s value is density and sulphur content. Conscience Labs’ additive improves both.

On average, API gravity increases by more than 6 and sulphur content decreases up to 46% when our additive is used at concentration of 5%. The significant changes in both “weight” (hydrocarbon length) and sweetening (sulphur content by weight), has a considerable impact on the value. Value that surpasses the additive’s cost to the producer.

05

Boosting performance, added engine efficiency, and cleaner burning fuel; Conscience Labs fuel additives do them all.

Our fuel additives are beneficial in the tank, throughout the engine, and out the exhaust. We achieve better performance by

boosting octane and cetane, increase fuel efficiencies, and decrease engine wear with cleaner burning fuel. Our additive

improves the environment with significantly less emissions, which are also clearer and cleaner themselves.

12EcuadorIncreasing Gross Production, While Adding Value to All

ProductionEcuadorian Overview Crude oil production in Ecuador has averaged 554,400 BBL/D in 2016. The majority of production is two types of crude oil products; Napo & Oriente (bottom left). Both products are heavy (<30API) and sour (>1%/weight) sulphur. Over 80% of Ecuador’s oil reserves are heavy and acidic. Both are characteristics on which Conscience Labs’ additive works extremely well. Transporting heavy oil in Ecuador is expensive and in some cases, too expensive to make production economical. The majority of oil that is currently being produced in Ecuador is acidic. The high sulphur content is hard to treat, hard on the refinery, and as a result, hard to make economically viable. Conscience Labs’ oil additives are solutions for both transportation issues and sulphur content reduction. In comparison to what is currently being used, both solutions are better at raising API and lowering sulphur content. Conscience Labs’ additive makes Ecuadorian oil both economically feasible and more profitable.

13EcuadorIncreasing Gross Production, While Adding Value to All

ProductionTesting in Ecuador

Conscience Labs Additive Results Ecuador’s lab tests on Conscience Labs’ oil additive showed an increase in API gravity (lower density and increase ability to flow) up to 10.3 degrees and reduced sulphur content up to 35%. Results came from using 5% of Conscience Lab additive to total volume. Final cost of CL additive to Ecuador was quoted at a final cost of $1.95/litre. Current Comparable In comparison, the diluent currently used in Ecuador to increase API results in an average of 5 to 7 degrees, resulting from a 30% additive to total volume concentration. The current diluent does not lower sulphur content. The cost of the current additive is $0.30/litre. Economic Feasibility Conscience Labs - at a concentration of 5% per treated barrel of oil, requires 7.95L, resulting in a cost of $15.50 ($1.95/L), per barrel. It needs to be noted that the Conscience Labs additive does not need to be removed and recycled from the product at a later time. Current diluent - at a concentration of 30% per treated barrel of oil, requires 47.7L, resulting in a cost of $14.31 ($0.30/L), per barrel. The comparable additive needs to be removed and recycled from the product at a later time at an average cost of $8.50/bbl.

Ecuador Project Economics Value Proposition In Ecuador, Conscience Labs additive, lowers total costs for current production and can increase overall production as shut-in reserves become economic. 1. ($0.69/bbl) increase in cost for overall quantity of

additive 2. $8.50/bbl savings on recycling cost of comparable additive 3. $6.00+/bbl in average added product value, from lowered

sulphur content Conscience Labs can deliver a net value of ~$13.81+/bbl, in addition to increasing production. Contract & Investment The Ecuadorian Government has requested an initial 36 month contract for 15,700bbls/month of Conscience Labs oil additive for $1.95USD/L, with a mixing facility to be built in Ecuador to facilitate the contract. The agreement’s aim is to treat approximately 4.7% of Ecuador’s oil production. The total cost of constructing the mixing facility is $2.150MM. 17Conscience Labs World Markets

Oil & Gas Solutions

Target Customers One of Conscience Labs’ focuses is on markets with heavier, acidic crude oil and/or lower grade fuels. Ecuador’s heavy and acidic crude oil is ideal for Conscience Labs. Ecuador state officials see the increased earnings potential and it’s the main reason the Company is so far along with them. Jordan has lower quality fuels, specifically diesel, gasoline, and kerosene. In addition to increasing earnings potential, Jordan Petroleum has a mandate to reduce emissions. Conscience Labs’ ability to deliver better quality fuel, in concert with cleaner emissions, are the reasons Jordan Petroleum is expected to be ready to work with Conscience Labs at the end of October.  The market for Conscience Labs isn’t restricted to Ecuador and Jordan. Conscience Labs has made presentations across Europe, Canada, China, Mexico, Ecuador, Jordan, Israel and South America, as well as presented to representatives from Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan and Russia. All presentations have resulted in positive responses.

Research & Development PERM Inc., is furthering the testing and development of Conscience Labs demulsifier, Steam Assist, as well as other product applications in earlier stages of development.

Canadian Case Conscience Labs is in talks with three Canadian oil producers. Initial company testing is currently underway. All three companies are looking to decrease sulphur, increase API, and separate oil and water. Conscience Labs additives’ ability to do all three is the key to its effectiveness in the western Canadian marketplace. Potential applications: 1. Demulsifier 2. Sulphur Reducer 3. Steam Additive 4. Diluent Replacement

19

CanadaOil Production Solutions

Canadian Case Conscience Labs has completed laboratory testing on emulsions from 3 Canadian producers. Initial results have been positive with reduction in sulphur levels of 30+ percent, and water separation of 98+ percent. Current Comparison In comparison, the demulsifier currently used in the field to separate the emulsion results in an average of 93 to 96 percent separation at a cost of $6-8 per litre. Conscience Labs’ demulsifier is able to offer similar or often better results at a price much less than its competition. Economic Feasibility Conscience Labs Demulsifier – we are able to manufacture and produce our demulsifier at a cost of ~$1.00 per litre. This will allow us to market our product at a rate much lower than the competition and still allow us to be profitable at a 2 to 4 times multiplier. Conscience Labs Steam Assist – potential for substantial cost savings to oil sands producers in the energy costs of using less water and energy to create steam.

Canadian Projects Conscience Labs has engaged Perm Labs to conduct its ongoing R&D program. Upon initial reviews of our technologies, the professionals at Perm see the potential for a number of Canadian applications. Together with Perm, Conscience Labs has launched an extensive testing program to develop the suite of technologies tailored to problems faced by Canadian producers. Conscience Labs is continually collecting crude samples from interested producers to further prove the demulsifier in laboratory testing on a range of crude oil types.

Perm has designed and constructed a core flood process to demonstrate the effects the product has on downhole enhanced oil recovery. Perm is currently designing a process to test the application of diluent replacement for pipeline transportation efficiencies.

FEED stage engineering is completed for manufacturing and production facility.
