This tour is planned and operated by Meitetsu World Travel Inc. (“The Company” hereinafter) and tour participants must sign an Agency-organized Tour Agreement (“Tour Agreement” hereinafter) with The Company. The Tour Agreement content and conditions are as stated in in the pamphlet, written tour terms and conditions that participants will be given separately, written confirmation (final tour schedule) that participants will be given before departure and the section on agency-or-ganized tours in the Travel Agent Contract of The Company.

●Method of Application and Timing of Entering into Agreement(1)To apply, fill in the prescribed application form and submit together with the application fee. The agreement will become binding once The Company has approved its execution and received the application fee. Applicants who have made reservations by such means as telephone, mail or fax should complete the application procedure within three (3) days calculated from the day following the day of notification approval of the agreement by The Company.

(2)The application fee shall be used to cover all of part of “tour costs”, “cancellation charges” or “penalty fees.”(3)If application for the tour is made by a person responsible for agreement on behalf of the travelers comprising a party or group, it shall be assumed that said person shall have full authority to deal with all matters pertaining to the agreement, such as conclusion and cancellation.

●Payment of Tour Costs(1)Each person shall be billed for the application fees below when application is made. Less than 30,000 yen ・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・From 5,000 yen up to the full tour cost 30,000 yen or more and less than 60,000 yen・・・・・・・・・・・・From 10,000 yen up to the full tour cost 60,000 yen or more・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・From 20,000 yen up to the full tour cost(2)The balance is to be paid before twenty-one (21) days prior to the day before the start of the tour.●Tour Conductors No tour conductors or local attendants shall be provided on any of the courses. Travelers will be given the necessary tour vouchers, which can be exchanged for passenger tickets, coupons, etc., at the point of departure for each tour. (As for some courses, coupons will be delivered.)

●Items included in Tour Costs(1)Items including travel expenses, the cost of meals and sightseeing and taxes such as a consumption tax indicated in the tour schedule.

(2)In principle, none of the above costs shall be refunded, even if not used for your own reasons.●Cancellation Fees(1)You may cancel the tour agreement at any time of their choosing by paying the cancellation fees listed below. *The date of cancellation shall be the date prior to the day before the starting day of the tour.

●Special Compensation If you should suffer physical injury or damage to their baggage within fixed limits as the result of sudden, unexpected external events during their participation in an agency-orga-nized tour, the prescribed special compensation and consolatory payment will be paid.

●Travel Itinerary Guarantee If any significant change set forth in the Travel Agent Contract of this pamphlet (left column of the annexed table of Clause 29 of the section on agency-organized tours) should occur, the Company shall pay compensation for changes in accordance with the said clause.

●Record Date The tour costs set out herein are based on fares and costs current as of March 15, 2019.
