CLG Progress are a specialist subcontracting firm who have very extensive current experience in the residential, hotel and student accommodation sector and are currently involved in large schemes developments including Mill Street Student Accommodation building 470+ bedspaces and Blackpitts building a further 300+ bedspaces. In addition to this we have delivered extensive hotel projects for Dalata Hotel Group including Ballsbridge refurbishment 500+ beds, Green Reit development on Molesworth street one of the most iconic office building in Dublin .
As such we are in a position to base our critique on the expertise and skillset of our team who are experienced in delivering similar schemes to maximise the value for money to the client and assist in achieving better return on your significant investment from our extension expertise in the supply chain in this sector.

Our Services
Building Construction: CLG Progress started out as general building contractors serving the UK and Irelandregion. Over the years we have constructed numerous industrial, commercial and residential projects andnow operate on a national scale.
Civil Engineering: In recent years we have developed the civil engineering side of the company and havenow completed an attractive portfolio of civil engineering projects.
Fit-out: We are specialists in construction fit-out and refurbishment. With an expertise grown throughexperience we deliver to our clients the smoothest of transitions from project commencement tocompletion.
