INTRODUCTION
We are pleased to introduce ZURICH METAL INDUSTRY LLC as
one of the prestigious companies based in UAE, established in the
year 2005. We are manufacturers / suppliers of heavy engineering,
fabrication and precision items.
ZMI is a Precision Tool Room Cum Production shop engaged in
manufacturing of Injection Moulds, Die casting, Rubber Mould Dies,
Precision Jigs & Fixtures, conveyors and its accessories.
We are an ISO 9001:2008 Certified company, specialist in all
types of gear manufacturing, structural fabrication works and
manufacturing of tanks, silos and pressure vessels.
We have two units. Our main factory is in Dubai and we have
mass production and manufacturing centre in Sharjah as well.
Our factory in Dubai is spread over an area of 30,000 sq. ft. and
is equipped with the latest machines for manufacturing of precision
parts, assemblies and equipments, and an overhead crane of 5 tons
capacity.
Our Sharjah factory has an area of 25,000 sq.ft and is equipped
with turning,milling and injection Molding machines.
The products of ZMI are manufactured/fabricated as per international
specifications and process thereof is strictly followed.
We manufacture and import substitute spare parts for
construction, Foods, Beverage, Packaging, Pharmaceutical,
construction, Automotive, Petrochemicals, oil & gas, Marine and
Engineering Industries as well as batch production of milling &
turning components, precision assemblies, steel & stainless steelfabrication which meet standards as per the customers’ requirement.
