• It can be anyone travelling away from home for reasons other than for work.

1. International Visitors whose main place of residence is outside a country (inbound tourist), a resident travel overseas (outbound tourist).

2. Interstate Tourist travelling within their country, to a state other than where they usually stay for tourism purpose.
