Introduction

All about meHi ,just to introduce myself, my name is Alex Bracebetty and I am 13.

How you could describe me is I have brown hair with blonde streaks, no

fringe, Im just an ordinary person that plays flute and piano. You could

describe me as a pianist but no a famous one. I have one little baby sister

called Zemie and one annoying little brother called Alexander, and I also

have two rabbits called snowball and honey (you might think that honey

is a weird name but shes actually was that colour. Since we are in

Australia we let Helen look after snowball, and Chelsea looked after

honey. But we got a phone call saying that honey was lost, oh how sad I

was everyday, I would cut off any finger for honey to come back, at least

I could still pat her, but thats never going to be true. If I had one dream I

would want honey to come back, you wont ever imagine how much that

would mean to me). Me and my parents and my annoying little brother,

and of course my sweet little sister went to Australia to have a vacation,

or a little check back is what call it. Because even though I live in

Hamilton, my mum went to check out the awesome swimming pool that

the people there just built, I was so happy playing with my dad and my

brother, and my sister I didnt notice that mum was gone, we didnt know

why, but the only thing we knew is that we came back with out her. Since

then my whole life started to be miserable. (This doesnt mean that this

story is going to miserable.)

CHAPTER 1

. People normally say I am a very sensitive little girl, but sometimes a

show off. I dont know if thats true or not because Im normally just

trying to show the boys what I have got. Because you girls know that

boys always say. You girls are so dumb and so week and

were so strong and so cool. And it gets so annoying and

frustrating. So thats why Im trying to teach them a lesson, AND THERE

SAYING OHHHHH ALEX LIKES BOYS. So the next day I went to

school and proved what she got. LISTEN UP YOU BOYS. I

announced. TODAY I AM GOING TO PROVE WHAT I GOT, NO

MATTER WHAT YOU BOYS DO TO ME BECAUSE I KNOW WE

GIRLS ARE STRONGER THAN ANY BOYS IN THIS ENTIRE

UNIVERSE. Every one stood silent. But then a teacher came and asked.

WHATS GOING ON? In her horrid voice. Miss Brooburn was one of

the meanest teachers in this whole school, everyone stood silent but I

stood bravely and said, I will tell you what is going on missy. . Every

one gasped except for the boys, which were still trying to hold them

selves back from mentioning that the girls were strong. Come on boys!

Stop pretending that your still stronger, I bet u all know that we are kool

but you dont want to show it, just admit it. said Lucy. Lucy is one of my

best friends we almost spend every time playing with each other. Lucys

got long smooth black hair with fringe, it almost seems like she washes

her hair three times a day Thanks Luce I said, I knew I could rely on

you, but of course we have another bff (best friend) called SOPHIE.

Sophie is very nice too, but she just isnt very playful. Because every

24hours a day she just works and works and works and it gets annoying.

Sophie has got short brown hair always tied up in a pony tail with no

fringe, because she says it goes into your eyes when you work. She wears

glasses that are completely round; shes got about thirty freckles on each

cheek and two buckteeth sticking out of her mouth. She looks like a

farmer but more of a geeky nerdy look. I know what youre thinking of

but working is good. But no it isnt when you work 24hours every

day, I guess she is a top student but so am I, ha I guess this universe is

just too easy for me, ok maybe not, because Im still not in the top

reading group and she is, but who cares no bodys perfect in this world,

you will just have to be who you are. Come on Alex the bell has

already rang shouted Lucy I guess I will catch you later bye. And I

went scattering to study with my teacher Miss Anglobe.

Now class lets begin she started saying, you all know our

performance is on the 22nd of June right , yes Miss Anglobe the class

began well you had better be. Although Miss Anglobe is a nice teacher

she just normally gets frustrated by thoughs stupid boys who the ones that

think they are so cool and strong. Every one in the orchestra will be

performing there, the tickets are $5 per family ok? Any quick questions

before we begin? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha our class started to laugh,

except Miss Anglobe that didnt look very happy at all. JACK WHY

ARE YOU SLEEPING IN CLASS? asked Miss Anglobe in her angry

voice. (Although Jack was one of the boys who thought he was so strong

and cool and never makes mistakes. But thats obvious that he is, luckily

we girls are kool spelt with a k ha, just in case you dont know what cool

spelt with a c means, it means a constipated over weighted old lady, well

thats what we call it.) What? Jack said in his sleepy voice. Miss

Anglobe looked angrier and shouted. YOU TELL ME WHAT.Huh?

He still said, me and my class mates giggled quietly. Miss Anglobe

couldnt help it so she screamed and rang up his parents. When his

parents came and saw what was going on. They just stood silent until

they realized what was really going on.

They sighed. Oh Jackie what have you been doing, youve been really

sleepy lately? He didnt answer and kept on sleeping. Please forgive us

miss Anglobe; we just dont know what to do with him. That word

brought a smile on Miss anglobes face. She said what about u bring him

to a quiet sleeping place at home she answered in a very sarcastic way.

Well actually he probably would just fidget around even though hes

tierd.Well I know a place, Miss Anglobe started to begin. I saw it on

a magazine this morning, it says that there is a place for people like jack.

its at 63 amaca street, you need to ask for jilean.Everyones always

comfortable there. why thank you, we really needed your help. Well

its ok I normally always do that, so its not really a problem. Anyways

bye. They started to leave anxiously.

Ok now where were we up to, oh yes any quick questions? No? ok lets

move on. *Bring*,oh well that took up all our time, ok we will carry on

later. Everyone started to leave In a hurry. Normally my friends and me

are in a hurry too, but one reason, MAGABOOBOO.oh gosh hes

annoying, he eats so messily, and it just gives me the shivers when I think

about it. Suddenly I heard Lucy shout at me, I dont know what she

meant.

Or scared? I didnt know, I went over to

cried as hard as I could, it was my mum. It was the happiest day of my

life I bent over and squeezed her. Although I had a lot of questions to ask

her I waited, I was a good excuse to get out of school.Oh Alexis mum

cried out, Alexis? I asked.Sssshhhhhhhh I will tell you everything later.

I had almost forgotten, she was a spy. Everything she says is a code, so

she likes to say everything when nobody is around. I was so interested I

didnt even realise that we were already walking home. Wait

our house is 1000 kilometers away how are we supposed to get

home?Oh my, Alexis! although Im still curious about why she is

calling me Alexis I didnt mind. What? I said back, you forgot about

my invisible jet?Oh that. I cant believe I had almost forgotten about

that, I even almost forgot that my precious mum was a spy. She had even

especially made potions that we drink to let us see the invisible jet. She

used her brain wave to call our jet to come. She was amazing, she even

uses brain wave to drive the jet, WOW. Now mum can we talk about it?

sure she answered back. Ok lets start off with, how did you disappear

from that pool? I asked firmly she started to laugh. I dont know how I

got sucked in was a magical swimming pool, theres only two magic

swimming pools, who ever got sucked in from one of them they will

come out the other one. She answered , and then I asked. Does that

mean that our swimming pool is magical? yes she replied back.Ok

then another question why do you call me Alexis? suddenly she started

saying, so its my turn asking you now. I tried asking again but she just

kept on going saying, how come I never knew that your school had a

swimming pool? How come you never told me? well yes I d. but

before I got to say anything she just interrupted me by saying, do you

think we should design our jet? I didnt mind, I new she was up to

something. So I just said sure why not? but then something strange,

something some weird, some thing thats never happened before. My

mums hair turned blue, then black, then pink, then green, then red, did I

mention my mum hates the colour red? She says it looks like blood and

she hates blood, she says she gets the shivers when she sees it. So guess

what she did when she saw it? She screamed, shouted and cried and said

she was a freak. What a bad way to start our day off, oh I forgot again!!!

When my mum gets angry, frustrated, sad or annoyed she loses control of

her brainwave, which loses, her control of the jet, which means it gets

crashed which means where doomed!!! Second thing Im noticing Im

falling. Wait why are we floating? What!!! Over our heads is a red

bubble, oh my her red hair gives us powers, that means were invincible.

I started shivering, even though there was nothing to shiver about, well

on second thoughts there actually is , were still falling you know. Peng

pang pong pong boom crash bounce. Now I get it, we do fall but it

doesnt hurt. cool I wonder what colour the bubble would be if her hair

was blue, did I mention my favorite colour is blue? Errrrrr normally when

I say that it actually happens.oh well guess Ill have to live with it. I got

the shivers, but wait again why? oh right Im not shivering ,its my

phone ,I put it on vibrate, I answered it hello? I said. oh hi it was

Alexander. he was wandering why I wasnt going home. I got the

shivers , it was already three oclock, wow that was fast, I was thinking of

how I was going to explain it, but I didnt need to, mum did it all for me,

oh how much I loved my mum. Right now how are we going to get

back? I asked. Mum just smiled and said, I have a help whistle, its

especially for occasions like this. Ok I said then what are you waiting

for? Blow it then she said I was waiting for you to say that then she

blew it nothing happened I couldnt hear a thing. Suddenly something

strange had happened, I thought I was shivering but this time I knew I

was not, it was an earthquake the hard sand below us started to crack,

then we fell in, we were in a completely new jet but it was still mums,

we started heading home again.

oh ok then , nice meeting your name , um hi I didnt know what

to say, have you ever heard of the name Lauren means laurel tree
