Application Checklist
q Online application q One letter of recommendation (optional) q Official academic records including: • Evidence of courses or subjects completed and grades earned during the four years preceding university • Students transferring from another university must provide evidence of courses or subjects completed, grades earned, and duration of each course during university study q Meet English language proficiency by at least one of the following: • Minimum TOEFL score of 540 (paper-based), minimum IELTS score of 6.0, or 75 (internet-based) • Minimum SAT score of 450 on the Critical Reading section. • Minimum ACT score of 18 on the English section • Completion of the English Language Institute (ELI) program. Student will be given conditional acceptance into the traditional undergraduate program and may begin once they have fulfilled the ELI requirements

After Acceptance Step 1: Roberts sends acceptance letter and International Student Financial Statement to student.
Step 2: Student returns International Student Financial Statement (ISFS) and supporting financial documentation to Roberts.
Step 3: Roberts generates SEVIS number and I-20 documentation which is then mailed to the student.
Step 4: Student pays SEVIS fee and sets up meeting with US Consulate to obtain student VISA.
Roberts Wesleyan College English Language InstituteThe Roberts English Language Institute (ELI) offers a basic through advanced English program taught in 15 week semesters that operate year-round (Fall, Spring and Summer). The program offers approximately 25 hours of class time per week, experiential learning opportunities, integrated programming with Roberts undergraduate students, and preparation for matriculation into any of the Roberts undergraduate majors.
