东莞文盛国际学校校车服务协议

Student’s Name 学生名字: __________________________ Grade 学生年级 : __________________________ The parent/guardian understands and accepts the following conditions in order for the student to use the ISD school bus service. 学生使用东莞文盛国际学校校车服务的家长/监护人务必知悉并同意接受以下条款。

ISD provides school bus service to and from school. The school bus routes will be available on the school website once final routes are established. 东莞文盛国际学校提供接送学生往返学校的校车服务。家长可以通过学校网站查阅既定

路线。

In order to minimize travel time, ensure student safety, and to make certain that students arrive to school on time, the following procedures will be followed: 为确保学生安全，并节省行车时间,使学生准时到达学校，使用学校校车服务必须遵守

以下规定：

1. Parents, guardians or older (Grade 6 or more) siblings must accompany all children to and from the bus pick-up and drop-off points. Children who are not met at the drop-off points will be returned to school and it will be the responsibility of the parent to pick up their child. The bus will wait for 2 minutes at each stop to ensure that children from the remaining route are on time.

家长、监护人或 6 年级以上的胞亲（兄弟姊妹）需在校车接送点陪同学生等待上

车。放学时校车将学生送至既定的接送点，若没有家长或监护人在接送点接学生，校

车司机和管理员将负责将该名学生送回学校，以确保学生的安全。之后由家长自行到

学校接回学生。校车只会在每个站点停靠 2 分钟以确保余下站点的孩子也可以按时上

车。

2. Drivers will be instructed to depart their pick-up points at their designated times. Students who are late will need to find alternate means of getting to school on time.

学校要求校车司机按照既定的时间从接送点发车。学生如果因迟到错过校车，

家长和学生需要自行解决交通准时到校。

3. Bus fees must be settled before students can use the school bus service.

使用校车服务前需预先支付校车费用。

4. ISD will try to arrange pick-up and drop-off points at or near each student’s housing complex. However, in some instances where fewer students live, parents or guardians may be required to meet at the closest pick-up according to the established school bus routes.

学校尽可能按照就近原则安排最靠近学生住处的接送点。如果某学生居住在极少

其他 ISD 学生居住的地方，家长或监护人须将学生送到最近的校车线路接送点。

5. School bus routes will be reviewed each semester and are subject to change.

学校每学期对校车路线的合理性进行评估后，有可能对路线进行调整。

6. All school buses have bus supervisors who are in mobile phone contact with the school office at all times.

每台校车都配备校车管理员，能够根据各种情况时刻通过手机与学校办公室保持联

系。

7. The student is expected to interact respectfully with the bus driver and supervisor at all times.

无论在任何时候，学生在与校车司机或校车管理员沟通交流时，都必须持尊重的态

度。

8. During travel time, the student is expected to remain seated with the seat belt on always, keep all windows closed at all times, talk quietly, look after personal belongings, and remove any rubbish. Eating or Drinking is not allowed on the bus.

学生在整个乘车过程都必须在座位上坐好并且戴好安全带，保持车窗关闭，不得喧

哗，看管好随身物品，下车时应随手带走生活垃圾。禁止在校车上吃任何食物，

不可以携带容易溢出的饮品上车

9. The bus supervisor keeps a Bus Behavior Log, through which any issues, questions

or misbehavior of the students during travel will be directed to the Bus Coordinator and the school Director. One or more of the following steps will then be taken depending on the nature of the incident:

a) :The bus coordinator or homeroom teacher will talk to the student about the incident. b) :The student will be asked to write a note of apology to the bus monitor or other

involved parties. Parents will be informed. c) :A letter home to parents recording the incident. Copy to student file. d) : A 1 day suspension from the bus. e) : A 3 day suspension from the bus. f) : Withdrawal of bus privileges. 校车管理员负责学生乘坐校车的行为记录，将学生在乘坐校车时出现任何状况、问题或

者不文明行为报告至校车协调员和校长处。根据事件的不同性质，将采取以下一种或两

种措施：

a) 校长调度员或班主任与学生就此事进行谈话。

b) 要求学生向跟车老师或其他相关各方书面致歉，并告知家长。

c) 针对此事寄送信函给家长，并将信函复印件存入学生档案。

d) 1天不得乘坐班车。

e) 3天不得乘坐班车。

f) 取消乘坐校车的资格。

9. Any alteration of the bus service must be notified to the Bus Coordinator in writing using the Bus Change Request Form available in the school office and on the website. Alterations include changing the guardian, the pick-up or drop-off time or place, and if older siblings are not accompanying younger children. This form or written notification to the bus coordinator must be received the at least 3 hours before the change is to be made.

如有需要变更校车服务，需提前至少 24 小时通过电子邮件或填写《校车服务变更申

请表》通知校车协调员。申请表可向学校办公室索取或在学校网站下载.如果家长要变

更接送人，变更接送时间或是站点，又或者学生的兄姐没法陪同其一起，请在变更前

的 3 个小时内通知学校校车调度员或是提交此类申请表给校车调度员。

10. School bus space is limited and is reserved for the transportation of ISD students only.

由于校车座位有限，学校仅向 ISD 学生提供交通服务

11. Rules #7 and #8 should be shared specifically with each child. Their signature below indicates their understanding and agreement to comply.

家长应负责向学生说明以上第 7、第 8 和第 9 条规定。以下签名代表学生知悉并且同

意遵守该规定。
