Liver Eating Johnson

Liver Eating Johnson was a frontiersman that hunted Indians of the “Crow” tribe to avenge the

murder of his wife. After he killed the tribe members, he would eat their liver. He was eventually

captured, but escaped by chewing through his leather bindings, cutting off the leg of the person

guarding him and using it as a weapon.

The Death of Francys Arsentiev

Francys Aresntiev was the first women to ever climb Mount Everest without the aid of bottled

oxygen. Francys and her husband, Sergei, attempted to climb Mount Everest together. In May 1998,

they came very close to the summit but were turned around multiple times due to difficulties in

climbing. On May 22, spending another night above 8,000 metres, they became separated. Sergei

made his way down to camp, only to find his wife, Francys, had not et made it. Sergei set off to find

her, carrying oxygen and medicine. Sergei died in his attempt to find his wife, after suffering a fatal

fall. Francys was found by a climber, Ian Woodall, in a semi-conscious state. Due to the difficulty in

moving her, Ian and his partner Cathy O”Dowd had to leave her where they found her, where she

died.

Henry Stimson and the Atomic Bomb

Henry Stimson served as the US Secretary of War during WWII. He advised President Harry Truman

of what he thought to be the best method of finally ending the war. Stimson ultimately sided with

those in favour of using the atomic bomb. In speaking of the the Interim Committee that met to

discuss this very issue, Stimson said:

"The committee's function was, of course, entirely advisory. The conclusions of the

committee were similar to my own, although I reached mine independently. I felt that to

extract a genuine surrender from the Emperor and his military advisers, they must be

administered a tremendous shock which would carry convincing proof of our power to

destroy the Empire. Such an effective shock would save many times the number of lives, both

 American and Japanese, that it would cost." 

It is said that Stimson’s visit to Kyoto for his honeymoon (specifically, the cultural centre of Kyoto)

caused him to reject a proposition to use the Atomic Bomb on that city.

Federal Impostor 

The town of Gerald, Missouri is considered to be a meth-hub of the US. In 2007/2008, a Federal

Agent by the name of “Sergeant Bill” showed up and offered his help to the local police force of 5.

He provided the number of his supervisor, who was part of the “multijurisdictional task force”, who

gave him his recommendation. Soon, arrests and house searches without warrants began and

Sergeant Bill was considered to be leading the town’s police officers. As it turns out, he was not a

federal agent at all, but a former security guard. Some people recalled being kicked in the head and

having shotguns held against them.

A British Soldier by the name of Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart fought in both world wars,

and was shot in the face, head, ankle, leg, hip and ear, survived a plane crash, tunnelled out of aPOW camp, and bit off his own fingers when a doctor wouldn't amputate them. He later said

"frankly I had enjoyed the war."
